Claims (3)
- 溶融亜鉛めっき炉の内部にめっき槽3を設置し、めっき槽3の側周囲を囲む燃焼室5を形成し、燃焼室内を一方向に旋回する燃焼ガスによりめっき槽3を加熱する溶融亜鉛めっき炉において、溶融亜鉛めっき炉の一方の短壁部2の一端部付近と、前記短壁部2の一端部付近と対角に位置するもう一方の短壁部2の一端部付近に対向方向に高速バーナー6a,6bが設けられ、めっき槽3の長手方向における燃焼室5の中間位置にノズルの先端付近を曲げた高速バーナー7a,7bが設けられていることを特徴とする溶融亜鉛めっき炉。
- 請求項1記載のノズルの先端付近を曲げた高速バーナー7a,7bのノズル15は、先端付近をバーナーを構成する管の中心軸に対して0°より大きく90°以下の範囲で曲げられ、外径の異なる2つの管により構成されており、燃焼ガスが通過する外径の小さい管16と外径の大きい管17の間に、冷却用エアーが送られることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶融亜鉛めっき炉に用いるノズルの先端付近を曲げた高速バーナー装置。
- 溶融亜鉛めっき炉の内部にめっき槽3を設置し、めっき槽3の側周囲を囲む燃焼室5を形成し、燃焼室内を一方向に旋回する燃焼ガスによりめっき槽3を加熱する溶融亜鉛めっき炉において、溶融亜鉛めっき炉の一方の短壁部2の一端部付近と、前記短壁部2の一端部付近と対角に位置するもう一方の短壁部2の一端部付近に対向方向に高速バーナー6a,6bが設けられ、めっき槽3の長手方向における燃焼室5の中間位置にノズルの先端付近を曲げた高速バーナー7a,7bが設けられており、
溶融亜鉛めっき炉の外側に炉壁から間隔を空けて設けられた力受け部材18に固定される鋼管状の固定部19と、固定部19と六角ボルト20で接合し、炉体ケース8と炉体ケースの断熱材9で構成される炉壁を貫いて、一方の端部がめっき槽3の側周面と接するように設置される鋼管状の支持部21で構成され、支持部21のめっき槽3の側周面と接する部分を断熱材24としためっき槽押え装置により、めっき槽3の長手側の両側面が力受け部材18で支持されていることを特徴とする溶融亜鉛めっき炉。
