Claims (2)
- オイルを霧化することによりオイルミストを生成すると共に、生成したオイルミストを工作物の加工時の加工部分又は潤滑を要する被潤滑部品の潤滑点に供給するオイルミスト生成装置において、
オイルを噴射するオイルノズルにオイルを供給するオイル供給手段と、
前記オイルノズルと該オイルノズルから間隔を置いて設置された電極との間に印加される高電圧により発生するコロナ放電によって、前記オイルノズルから供給される液状オイルを霧化することによりオイルミストを生成すると同時に、生成したオイルミストを帯電させるオイルミスト生成帯電手段と、
該オイルミスト生成帯電手段によって生成されたオイルミストに向けてエアを供給するエア供給手段と、
該エア供給手段から供給されるエアの圧力によって、前記オイルミスト生成帯電手段により生成されたオイルミストが搬送されると共に、搬送されるオイルミストを前記加工部分又は前記潤滑点に搬送するオイルミスト搬送手段と、から構成されることを特徴とするオイルミスト生成装置。 - 前記オイルミスト生成装置は、前記工作物又は該工作物を加工するための加工工具又は前記被潤滑部品を、帯電した前記オイルミストと逆の極性で帯電させる逆極性帯電手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のオイルミスト生成装置。
