上記バルクヘッドに隣接した複数の前方パネルを有した内側断熱シールドと、
を備え、かつ、
上記複数の前方パネルの各々は、
内側表面と、
外側表面と、
前縁部と後縁部と第1側縁部と第2側縁部とを含み、かつ上記前縁部が上記バルクヘッドに隣接しかつ該バルクヘッドに接触していない境界部と、
上記パネル外側表面上の入口と上記パネル内側表面上の出口とを備えた複数の冷却ガス通路と、
上記外側表面から突き出しかつ上記前縁部の主要部に沿って3〜10mmだけ上記前縁部から引っ込んだ、レールと、
を備えることを特徴とするガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。 - 上記レールが上記シェルと接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 上記第1の壁が上記外側寄りの壁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 上記第1の壁が上記外側寄りの壁であり、かつ、
上記内側寄りの壁が、
外側シェルと、
複数のパネルを有した内側断熱シールドと、
を備え、かつ、
上記複数のパネルは、
内側表面と、
外側表面と、
前縁部と後縁部と第1側縁部と第2側縁部とを含んだ境界部と、
上記パネル外側表面上の入口と上記パネル内側表面上の出口とを備えた複数の冷却ガス通路と、
上記外側表面から突き出しかつ上記前縁部の主要部に沿って3〜10mmだけ上記前縁部から引っ込んだ、レールと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。 - 上記シェルは、上記前縁部と上記レールとの間の上記パネル外側表面に対して冷却空気を案内するように設けられた複数の孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 上記孔が、優先的に上記冷却空気を燃料噴射装置と周方向に整列した領域上に案内するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 上記レールが、前縁全体から少なくとも3.5mmだけ引っ込んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 上記外側表面と上記シェルとの間には高さが1〜3mmの隙間が存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 内側寄りの壁と、
外側寄りの壁と、
上記内側寄りの壁と上記外側寄りの壁との間に延在し、かつ、これらの壁と協働して燃焼器内側容積を区画する前方バルクヘッドと、
を備え、かつ、
上記内側寄りの壁と上記外側寄りの壁の少なくとも一方である第1の壁は、
外側シェルと、
複数のパネルを有した内側断熱シールドと、
を備え、かつ、
上記複数のパネルは、
内側表面と、
外側表面と、
前縁部と後縁部と第1側縁部と第2側縁部とを含んだ境界部と、
上記外側表面から上記シェルに向かって突き出した複数のピンと、
を備え、かつ、
上記シェルは、上記シェルと上記断熱シールドとの間の空間に空気を案内し、かつ、タービン室における第1段のベーンの前縁部に向けて優先的に上記空気を案内するように設けられた、複数の孔を有することを特徴とするガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。 - 上記複数の孔は、交互に並んだ第1の孔群と第2の孔群とを含み、かつ、寸法と配置の少なくとも一方について少なくとも部分的な違いがあることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 上記複数のピンが上記シェルと接続することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 上記複数のピンが、連続的で一体的な配列であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 上記複数のピンが、複数の周方向のピン列を含み、かつ、各列はその隣の列と位相がずれていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
- 上記第1の壁が上記外側寄りの壁であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガスタービンエンジン燃焼器。
