Description
Claims (8)
- 0.1〜0.49 m/sの速さの並進移動及び0.4〜1.0 m/sの線速度の追加的な回転運動により管の内表面上から過剰のポリマー材料を押しのけつつ管の内表面にポリマーコーティングを塗布し、次いで該材料を硬化させる方法であって、前記材料は、静的状態における粘度が1000ポアズから12000ポアズであり、その粘度が上記押しのけ速度においてチキソトロピー的に減少するポリマー化合物である、熱交換器の管を腐食及びスケール沈着から保護し並びに熱交換器の管を回復させる方法。
- 前記ポリマー化合物は、エポキシ、シリコーン、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド、フラン、ポリアミド若しくはアクリル樹脂、又はこれらの混合物を基礎とする充填されたポリマー化合物である請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー化合物の充填剤は、金属粉末又はその酸化物である請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー化合物の充填剤は、合金である請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングは、20〜25℃で少なくとも1.5日間硬化される請求項3又は4記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングは、50〜100℃で1〜2時間硬化される請求項3又は4記載の方法。
- 充填室と、連結ワッシャーと、ポリマー材料の並進−及び−回転押しのけのための、互いに距離を置いて配置された少なくとも2個の堅固なワッシャーと、ロープと、機械駆動装置と、並進−及び−回転押しのけを可能にする弾性オーガーとを具備し、前記回転押しのけが0.4〜1.0 m/sの線速度で行なわれ、前記並進移動が0.1〜0.49 m/sの速度で行なわれる、熱交換器の管の腐食及びスケール沈着の防止並びに回復のための装置。
- 前記オーガーは、円錐状をしており、前記連結ワッシャーの反対側から見て5〜10°の円錐性を有する請求項7記載の装置。
