Claims (7)
- 第1の成形プラスチック製ハウジング内に形成され、外部の光源からの光エネルギーを受け取る主鏡アセンブリと、
第2の成形プラスチック製ハウジング内に、支持ウェブによって支持される形で形成されて、主鏡アセンブリによって反射された光エネルギーを受け、当該光エネルギーを集中させる副鏡アセンブリであって、前記主鏡アセンブリと光学的に一直線上にあり、第1及び第2の成形プラスチック製ハウジングが組み立てられて一体化された時点では、前記の第1及び第2のハウジングは同軸的に一直線上にあり、入射側の焦点が無限遠に設定されるように作られ、出射側の焦点が第1の形成プラスチック製ハウジングの後面側の基板設置予定位置に存在するように作られている、という前記副鏡アセンブリと、
エレクトロニクスを支持するための基板であって、第1の形成プラスチック製ハウジングの後面側に挿入可能で、中心に焦点面用ウインドウとしての開口部を備えた前記基板と、そして、
焦点面アレーであって、基板が第1の形成プラスチック製ハウジングの後面側に挿入された時点では、主鏡および副鏡と光学的に一直線上に位置する状態で且つ前記開口部の焦点面に位置づけられた状態で設置される前記焦点面アレーと、
を有することを特徴とする赤外線カメラ。 - 前記主鏡は、金属加工した成形プラスチックで形成されていること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラ。 - 前記副鏡は、金属加工した成形プラスチックで形成されていること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラ。 - 前記第1及び第2のハウジングは、お互いに対して位置調節が可能であり、それによって前記カメラの焦点が変更可能となること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラ。 - 前記基板は前記第1のハウジングの内側にシーラントで封止されていること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラ。 - 透過性シリコンのレンズが前記第2の成形プラスチック製ハウジングの中に配置されており、その位置は副鏡の後面側であること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラ。 - 前記第2の成形プラスチック製ハウジングは、カメラの取り付けのためにフランジを有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
