NTN社カタログ「新世代風車用軸受」A65.CAT.No.8404/04/JE、2003年5月1日発行
左右の列のころの自重を異ならせ滑りを軽減させる構成として、左右いずれか片方の列のころを、中心に孔を有する中空ころとする場合は、内外輪については従来の対称型のものと同じで済み、より設計,製造が容易である。
外輪を分割構造とすることで、2つの分割外輪を個々に製造すれば良いため、非対称の外輪の製造が容易となる。
このように予圧を負荷することにより、ころの滑りを積極的に抑制することができる。したがって外輪を分割構造として製造の容易を図りながら、上記滑りの抑制が得られる。
風力発電機の主軸支持軸受は、主軸に取付けられたブレードに作用する風圧で、上記のように片方の列にスラスト荷重が偏って作用するため、この発明における左右非対称の複列自動調心ころ軸受の効果が有効に発揮され、実質軸受寿命の向上効果が得られる。
この構成とすることで、主軸支持軸受となる複列自動調心ころ軸受の実質軸受寿命の向上効果が得られる。
この参考提案例におけるその他の構成,効果は、第1の実施形態と同じであり、対応部分に同一符号を付してある。

Claims (3)
- 風力発電機のブレードが取付けられた主軸を支持する主軸支持軸受として使用されるころ軸受であって、内輪と外輪との間に複列にころを介在させ、上記外輪の軌道面を球面状とし、上記ころの外周面を上記外輪の軌道面に沿う形状とした複列自動調心ころ軸受において、
内外輪は、左右の列の軸受部分が互いに一体の複列仕様であり、これら左右の列の軸受部分における負荷容量を互いに異ならせ、左右の列の接触角の方向を互いに逆方向とし、かつ左右の列の接触角の大きさを互いに異ならせ、左右の列のころを、互いに最大径が同一寸法で、且つ、互いに幅寸法が異なるものとし、上記ブレードから遠い方の列の軸受部分を、近い方の軸受部分よりも負荷容量が大きく、且つ接触角、およびころの幅寸法が大きいものとしたことを特徴とする複列自動調心ころ軸受。 - 請求項1において、左右いずれか片方の列のころを、中心に孔を有する中空ころとしたことを特徴とする複列自動調心ころ軸受。
- ブレードが取付けられた主軸を、ハウジングに設置された1個または複数の軸受により支持し、上記いずれか一個または複数の軸受を、請求項1または請求項2に記載の複列自動調心ころ軸受とし、この複列自動調心ころ軸受における上記ブレードから遠い方の列の軸受部分を、近い方の軸受部分よりも負荷容量が大きいものとした風力発電機主軸支持装置。
