Claims (8)
- 予め反応試薬を収容した測定セル容器と検体を採取するためのキャピラリーとを含む比色計等の測定セルにおいて、前記測定セル容器の上部に開口部を設け、前記開口部より前記キャピラリーを前記測定セル容器内に挿入収納できるようになし、また前記測定セル容器の深さを前記キャピラリーの長さよりも大とするとともに、前記反応試薬の量を収納された前記キャピラリーよりも高い液面位置となるようにし、前記測定セル容器の前記キャピラリーの収納部分より上方位置で前記反応試薬の液面以下に比色計等の光が照射されるように構成したことを特徴とする比色計等の測定セル。
- 請求項1記載の比色計等の測定セルにおいて、前記測定セル容器の上端の開口部に蓋体を水密構造に配設し、前記蓋体に前記キャピラリーを挿入できる孔を貫通穿設し、前記孔にゴム栓を圧入および抜き取り自在に構成したことを特徴とする比色計等の測定セル。
- 請求項2記載の比色計等の測定セルにおいて、前記測定セル容器と前記蓋体が同じ樹脂で成形され、接着により前記測定セル容器に対して前記蓋体を水密構造に配設して構成したことを特徴とする比色計等の測定セル。
- 請求項1記載の比色計等の測定セルにおいて、前記測定セル容器の前記キャピラリーが収納される収納部分を、前記光が照射される部分よりも、水平断面積が小さくなるように構成したことを特徴とする比色計等の測定セル。
- 請求項1記載の比色計等の測定セルにおいて、前記測定セル容器の前記光が照射される部分の前記光の方向の寸法を、前記キャピラリーの収納部分で前記光の方向と平行な方向の寸法よりも、長くなるように構成したことを特徴とする比色計等の測定セル。
- 請求項2または3記載の比色計等の測定セルにおいて、前記蓋体およびゴム栓により、予め前記反応試薬を収容した前記測定セル容器を密閉して構成したことを特徴とする比色計等の測定セル。
- 請求項1記載の比色計等の測定セルにおいて、検体を採取した前記キャピラリーを前記測定セル容器内に挿入収納し、前記測定セル容器内で前記反応試薬と前記検体を混合反応させて被検液とし、さらに前記測定セル容器の前記キャピラリーの収納部分より上方位置で前記被検液の液面以下に前記比色計等の前記光を照射するようにした比色計等の測定セルの使用方法。
- 請求項2記載の比色計等の測定セルにおいて、検体を採取した前記キャピラリーを前記ゴム栓を抜き取って前記測定セル容器内に挿入収納し、前記ゴム栓を圧入して前記測定セル容器を密閉するとともに前記測定セル容器を振って前記反応試薬と前記検体を混合反応させて被検液とし、さらに前記測定セル容器の前記キャピラリーの収納部分より上方位置で前記被検液の液面以下に前記比色計等の前記光を照射するようにした比色計等の測定セルの使用方法。
