Claims (3)
- 炭化水素系の原燃料ガスと水蒸気が供給され、水蒸気改質反応により水素リッチな改質ガスを生成する改質反応部と、この改質反応部にて生成された改質ガスが供給され、改質ガス中に含まれるCOガスを水性シフト反応により低減させるシフト反応部と、シフト反応部から送出された改質ガス中に含まれるCOガスを酸化して低減させるCO選択酸化反応部と、改質ガスを外部に導出する改質ガス導出流路とを具備する改質装置において、前記改質装置の稼動停止後に、前記改質ガス導出流路を閉じた状態で、温度低下によるガス収縮を補うよう原燃料ガスを少なくとも前記シフト反応部に供給するガス供給制御手段を具備することを特徴とする改質装置。
- 炭化水素系の原燃料ガスと水蒸気が供給され、水蒸気改質反応により水素リッチな改質ガスを生成する改質反応部と、この改質反応部にて生成された改質ガスが供給され、改質ガス中に含まれるCOガスを水性シフト反応により低減させるシフト反応部と、シフト反応部から送出された改質ガス中に含まれるCOガスを酸化して低減させるCO選択酸化反応部と、改質ガスを外部に導出する改質ガス導出流路とを具備する改質装置の運転方法であって、前記改質装置の稼動停止後に、前記改質ガス導出流路を閉じた状態で、温度低下によるガス収縮を補うよう原燃料ガスを少なくとも前記シフト反応部に供給することを特徴とする改質装置の運転方法。
- 改質装置の稼動停止後に、少なくともシフト反応部内の水蒸気を原燃料ガスで押し出した後、前記改質ガス導出流路を閉じた状態で原燃料ガスを少なくとも前記シフト反応部に供給することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の改質装置の運転方法。
