Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a board crushing apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a large amount of gypsum board is used at a building construction site, and in the process of building these, a work called dimension cutting, that is, a work of cutting a gypsum board carried in a standard size to a desired size is performed. The Therefore, the remaining part cut out remains as an unnecessary part on the site. Conventionally, a large amount of such surplus boards have been left at construction sites, and it has been difficult to process them. The surplus board is generated not only at the construction site but also at the gypsum board manufacturing site. That is, at the manufacturing site, the board size immediately after molding is set to be larger than the dimension at the time of shipment, and the board is cut out to a standard size after forming and solidifying.
[0003]
As is well known, gypsum board has a structure in which gypsum is used as a core material and base paper for board is bonded to both sides. Accordingly, if the gypsum content can be separated from the paper content and taken out with high purity, at least the gypsum content can be expected to be reused.
Further, when gypsum board is treated as industrial waste, there are three disposal sites: a stable disposal site, a management disposal site, and a special management disposal site. In the stable disposal site, waste is put directly into the hole dug in the ground, and in the managed disposal site, vinyl sheet is placed in the hole dug in the ground and waste is put there. The only thing that can be dumped at these disposal sites is only inorganic component materials such as gypsum, and organic component materials such as paper cannot be discarded, but the advantage that equipment costs can be reduced. There is. On the other hand, a specially managed disposal site is a concrete wall made in a hole dug in the ground, and waste is put into it. Here, not only inorganic components but also organic components are discarded. However, the equipment cost is high. Therefore, when discarding gypsum board, it is desirable to separate inorganic components (gypsum) and organic components (paper) with high purity, dispose of gypsum components only in a stable disposal site, and dispose of paper. .
[0004]
Thus, conventionally, it has been considered to use a ball mill as a means for separating the gypsum board into a gypsum component and paper. A ball mill contains balls that are pulverizing means in a rotating container, and a rough crushed gypsum board is put into this, and the rotating container is rotated so that the balls collide with a gypsum boat. Is gradually pulverized into fine particles and gypsum and paper are separated in the process of pulverization.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The ball milling method described above has a problem that not only noise due to impact between metals is generated when the ball rolls in the rotating container, but also noise is generated when the ball collides with the gypsum board.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a board crushing apparatus capable of suppressing the generation of noise.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1 is an apparatus for separating a board piece formed by laminating a sheet layer on the surface of a core material into the core material part and the sheet part,A pair of tapered wall portions that extend further obliquely outward and upward in a tangential manner from both ends of the arc-shaped wall portion having an arc-shaped cross section and obliquely upward ends of the arc-shaped wall portion.A crushing container comprising:A rotating shaft whose axis is directed parallel to the center of the arc of the arc-shaped wall, a spiral plate attached to the outer periphery of the rotating shaft, and a stirring plate attached so as to connect plate surfaces facing each other in the axial direction of the spiral plate A plate is provided along the inner peripheral surface of the arcuate wall portionA rotatable crushing member,The outer peripheral edge of the spiral plate corresponding to the arcuate wall is formed with serrated irregularities, and the arcuate wall is formed with a discharge port that opens to the outside of the crushing vessel. Between the arcuate wall portion and the spiral plate is provided a gap capable of crushing the board piece, and between the tapered wall portion of the grinding container and the spiral plate, There is a gap that becomes wider toward the topThe configuration.
[0008]
Claim2The invention of claim1In the invention, the stirring plate has a relief hole.
Claim3The invention ofClaim 1 or claim 2In any one of the inventions,Arc wallAre formed with a plurality of core material discharge ports over a predetermined region along the feed direction by the rotary pulverizing member, and are located further forward in the feed direction than the core material discharge ports and the core material The sheet outlet is formed so as to be larger than the part outlet.
[0010]
[Action and effect of the invention]
  [Invention of Claim 1]
The board pieces thrown into the crushing containerArc wallThe core material and the sheet are separated while being crushed by being bitten into the gap between the rotary crushing member and the rotary crushing member. Since the board pieces are crushed rather than crushed by pressure, there is no risk of noise.
Since the core material and the sheet material crushed and separated by crushing are discharged out of the pulverization container through the discharge port, the core material and the sheet content can be recovered without stopping the pulverization operation. Is possible.
[0011]
Since the board piece is pushed between the spiral plate and the arcuate surface while being pressed by the plate surface of the spiral plate and fed in the axial direction of the rotation shaft, the board piece, the core material and the sheet part are provided in one place in the grinding container. The efficiency of pulverization is improved.
Since the spiral plate is provided with serrated irregularities, the efficiency of crushing the board pieces is improved.
Since the board piece, the core material and the sheet are not only sent in the axial direction by the spiral plate but also pushed in the circumferential direction by the stirring plate, they are dispersed over a wide range on the arcuate surface, and the grinding efficiency is further improved. .
[0012]
  [Claims2Invention of]
Since the escape hole is formed in the stirring plate, the stirring resistance can be reduced even when the amount of the board piece, the core material and the sheet is large.
  [Claims3Invention of]
In the process of feeding while pulverizing the board material, the core material is finely crushed by crushing, while the sheet is maintained in the form of a relatively large sheet piece even when crushed. Therefore, in the process of being sent by the spiral plate, first, only the core material is discharged from the core material discharge port, and then the sheet is discharged from the sheet discharge port. In this way, only the core material can be collected separately.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[Embodiment 1]
A first embodiment embodying the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
The board crushing processing apparatus of the present embodiment includes a crushing container 10, a rotating crushing member 20, a recovery container 30, a rotating recovery member 40, and a recovery tank. In the following description, the left and right directions are based on FIG. 1, FIG. 4 and FIG.
[Crushing container 10]
The crushing container 10 has an arc-shaped wall portion 11 that swells downward over an angle range of approximately 120 °, and a pair of tapers that extend further obliquely outward and upward from both obliquely upward both ends of the arc-shaped wall portion 11. The wall portion 12 has a certain cross-sectional shape along the center axis of the arc of the arc-shaped wall portion 11 and a length over a predetermined range, and is open upward over the entire length. An inner peripheral surface of the arc-shaped wall portion 11 of the pulverization container 10 is an arc-shaped surface 13 that pulverizes a gypsum board (a board piece that is a constituent element of the present invention) in cooperation with a rotary pulverization member 20 described later. . In the arc-shaped wall portion 11, a large number of small-diameter core-portion discharge ports 14 are formed in a wide range from a position slightly to the left of the center in the left-right direction when viewed from the front to a position near the right end portion. These core material outlets 14 communicate with the outer surface (lower surface) of the crushing container 10 from the arcuate surface 13. The diameter of the core material outlet 14 is the same as or smaller than the dimension of the gap 17 between the spiral plate 22 and the arcuate surface 13 described later. Further, a sheet outlet 15 is communicated from the arcuate surface 13 to the outer surface (lower surface) side of the grinding container 10 at a position on the right side of the core outlet 14 (the right end position of the grinding container 10). Yes. The position of the sheet discharge port 15 is located ahead of the core material discharge port 14 in the feeding direction of the rotary crushing member 20 by the spiral plate 22. The diameter of the sheet outlet 15 is set to be considerably larger than the diameter of the core outlet 14. A sheet collection tank 51 is attached to the sheet discharge port 15.
[0015]
[Rotating and grinding member 20]
The rotary crushing member 20 includes a rotary shaft 21 whose axis is parallel to the center of the arc of the arcuate surface 13, a spiral plate 22 attached to the outer periphery of the rotary shaft 21, and a plate facing the axial direction of the spiral plate 22. It consists of the stirring plate 23 attached so that surfaces may be connected, and has comprised screw shape as a whole. The rotary shaft 21 is rotatably supported by bearings 16 at both ends of the crushing container 10 and is driven to rotate by a motor (not shown). The spiral plate 22 is formed by bending a single plate into a spiral shape and attaching it to the rotary shaft 21 at a constant pitch, and a fine unevenness 24 having a sawtooth shape is formed on the outer peripheral edge over the entire length. (See FIGS. 2 and 3). The outer peripheral edge of the spiral plate 22 and the arcuate surface 13 are arranged concentrically, and a gap 17 having a predetermined dimension is secured between them. The size of the gap 17 between the spiral plate 22 and the arcuate surface 13 is set such that the gypsum board can be bitten and the bited gypsum board is crushed. Further, the stirring plate 23 has an arc shape when viewed in the axial direction, and is attached between the spiral plates 22 in a set of four. In each set, four stirring plates 23 are arranged at intervals of 90 °. However, between two adjacent sets, one set of stirring plates 23 is different from the other set of stirring plates 23. The positional relationship is 45 ° out of phase (see FIGS. 2 and 3). Each stirring plate 23 has an escape hole 25 penetrating between the front and back surfaces (penetrating in the circumferential direction).
[0016]
[Recovery container 30]
The recovery container 30 includes an arc-shaped wall portion 31 that swells downward over an angle range of approximately 180 degrees, and a pair of side walls 32 that extend upward from both ends of the semi-arc-shaped wall portion 31. The center of the arc of 31 is attached to the lower surface of the grinding container 10 with the center of the arc parallel to the center of the arc of the grinding container 10. The collection container 30 is attached so as to correspond to all the core material discharge ports 14 in the crushing container 10 and to be detached from the sheet discharge port 15. The inside of the attached collection container 30 is in a state of being almost sealed by closing the opening on the upper surface with the arc-shaped wall portion 31 of the grinding container 10. The arc-shaped wall portion 31 has two left and right core material collection ports 33L and 33R that are opened to the core material collection ports 33L and 33R, respectively. Is attached.
[0017]
[Rotary recovery member 40]
A rotation recovery member 40 is accommodated in the recovery container 30. The rotation recovery member 40 is composed of a rotation shaft 41 whose axis is parallel to the center of the arc of the arcuate surface 13, and spiral plates 42L and 42R attached to the outer periphery of the rotation shaft 41, and has a screw shape as a whole. Yes. The rotating shaft 41 is rotatably supported by bearings 34 at both ends of the collection container 30 and is driven to rotate by a motor (not shown). Further, the spiral plates 42L and 42R are divided into left and right parts, and the left spiral plate 42L is arranged over the left end portion of the rotating shaft 41, that is, over a shorter region on the left side than the left core material collection port 33L. The right spiral plate 42R is arranged over a long region on the right side of the left core material collection port 33L and including the right core material collection port 33R. The spiral directions of the left and right spiral plates 42L and 42R are oppositely twisted. Further, the gap 35 between the outer peripheral edge of the spiral plates 42L and 42R and the inner periphery of the arc-shaped wall portion 31 is smaller than the gap between the outer periphery of the spiral plate and the arcuate surface 13 in the crushing container 10. .
[0018]
[Operation of Embodiment 1]
When crushing a gypsum board (not shown), the rotary crushing member 20 in the crushing container 10 is driven to rotate in a direction in which the feeding direction by the spiral plate 22 is rightward, and the rotating collection member in the collection container 30 is rotated. 40 is rotationally driven so that the feeding direction by the right spiral plate 42R is leftward. In this state, a roughly crushed gypsum board is introduced from the left end of the crushing container 10. Then, the loaded gypsum board is bitten in the gap 17 between the outer periphery of the spiral plate 22 and the arcuate surface 13 while being sent to the right in the grinding container 10 by the spiral plate 22 of the rotary grinding member 20, and the spiral plate. It is crushed between 22 and the arcuate surface 13. As a result, the gypsum board is separated into gypsum (core material, which is a constituent of the present invention) and paper (sheet, which is a constituent of the present invention), and the gypsum is crushed into fine particles. It will become. The paper part separated from the gypsum part is deformed flexibly even if it is caught between the spiral plate 22 and the arcuate surface 13, so that the state of a relatively large paper piece (larger than the diameter of the core part outlet 14) is obtained. Kept.
[0019]
Of the gypsum and paper sent while being separated and pulverized, the gypsum that has been atomized in the initial stage is collected from the core material outlet 14 located on the base end side (left side) in the feed direction. Falls into 30. The gypsum portion larger than the diameter of the core material outlet 14 is further crushed and atomized, and then falls into the collection container 30 from the core material outlet 14 located on the side in the feed direction (right side). Note that the paper is not discharged from the core material discharge port 14 to the collection container 30 in order to maintain the state of a large piece of paper as described above.
[0020]
In this way, most of the gypsum content is atomized and collected in the collection container 30 while being sent through the opening area of the core material discharge port 14, and the remaining slight gypsum content and all the paper content are collected. Reaches the right end portion (end portion in the feed direction) of the crushing container 10, falls from the sheet discharge port 15 into the sheet collection tank 51 and is collected.
Of the gypsum that has fallen into the collection container 30, the gypsum that has fallen to the left of the left core material collection port 33 </ b> L is sent to the right side by the left spiral plate 42 </ b> L and left core material collection port. It is recovered from the core 33L into the core material recovery tank 52L. On the other hand, the gypsum that has fallen to the right side of the left core material collection port 33L is sent to the left side by the right spiral plate 42R, and part of the gypsum is fed from the right core material collection port 33R in the middle of the feeding. It is collected in the fraction collection tank 52R, and the others are collected in the other core material collection tank 52L from the left core material collection port 33L.
[0021]
[Effect of Embodiment 1]
(1) As a means of pulverizing the gypsum board, the gypsum board is bitten into the gap between the arcuate surface 13 and the rotary pulverizing member 20 and crushed to separate the gypsum board from the gypsum and paper. Since it is pulverized and atomized, unlike a ball mill or the like that pulverizes gypsum board, there is no risk of noise generation.
(2) The arc-shaped surface 13 is formed with a core material outlet 14 and a sheet outlet 15 which open to the outside of the grinding container 10, and the crushed and separated gypsum and paper are crushed through the outlets 14 and 15. Since the core material recovery ports 33L and 33R connected to the core material recovery tanks 52L and 52R are formed in the recovery container 30 that is discharged out of the container 10 and receives the gypsum content discharged from the core material discharge port 14, It is possible to collect gypsum and paper without stopping the grinding operation.
[0022]
(3) Since the gypsum board is pushed by the plate surface of the spiral plate 22 while being crushed at the gap 17 between the rotary crushing member 20 and the arcuate surface 13, the gypsum board is sent in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 21, Paper does not accumulate in one place in the crushing container 10, and the efficiency of the crushing process is improved.
(4) Since the serrated irregularities 24 are formed on the outer peripheral edge of the spiral plate 22 corresponding to the arcuate surface 13, the gypsum board is excellent in grinding efficiency.
(5) A radial stirring plate 23 is provided between the surfaces of the spiral plate 22 facing in the axial direction, and not only the gypsum board, gypsum and paper are fed in the axial direction by the spiral plate 22 but also by the stirring plate 23. Since stirring is also performed in the circumferential direction, gypsum board and the like are dispersed over the arcuate surface 13 in the circumferential direction over a wide range, and the pulverization efficiency is further improved.
[0023]
(6) The escape hole 25 is formed in the stirring plate 23 so that the gypsum board, the gypsum content and the paper content can pass through the escape hole 25. And the burden on the drive source of the rotary crushing member 20 can be reduced.
(7) In the process of crushing and sending the gypsum board, the gypsum content is finely crushed by crushing, while the paper content is maintained in a relatively large sheet shape even when crushed. A plurality of core material discharge ports 14 are formed on the surface 13 over a predetermined region along the feed direction, and the core material discharge ports 14 are further forward than the core material discharge ports 14 in the feed direction. A sheet outlet 15 that opens widely is formed. Thereby, in the process of sending, only the gypsum content is first discharged from the core material discharge port 14, and then the paper content is discharged from the sheet discharge port 15. Therefore, only the gypsum content is the paper content. It can be collected separately.

  [Reference example]
Next, the present inventionReference examples related toWill be described with reference to FIGS.
The board crushing processing apparatus according to the second embodiment includes a crushing container 60, a collection container 70, a rotating crushing member 80, and a drive mechanism 90.
  [Crushing container 60]
The crushing container 60 has a conical shape with the axis lined in the vertical direction as a whole, and the diameter dimension is reduced from the upper end toward the lower end. The inner peripheral surface of the crushing container 60 is an arcuate surface 61 for crushing a gypsum board (not shown) over the entire surface. A support wall 62 is provided on the upper end surface of the crushing container 60, and an input port 63 that rises in a cylindrical shape upward is formed in the outer peripheral edge portion of the support wall 62 so as to communicate with the inside of the crushing container 60. Further, an upper bearing 64 concentric with the conical axis of the grinding container 60 is fixed to the support wall 62, and the upper end portion of the rotary shaft 81 of the rotary grinding member 80 is supported in a penetrating state on the upper bearing 64. Is done.
[0025]
[Recovery container 70]
A recovery container 70 is provided below the crushing container 60 so as to be continuous with the lower end portion having the smallest diameter. The collection container 70 stores gypsum (not shown) that has been pulverized into fine particles and paper (not shown) separated from the gypsum, and collects the gypsum and paper from the bottom (not shown). The container 70 is taken out. Further, at the upper end portion of the collection container 70 (position close to the lower end portion of the crushing container 60), an arm 71 extending from a plurality of locations spaced in the circumferential direction on the inner periphery to the center is provided. The extending end of each arm 71 is connected to a lower bearing 72, and the lower bearing 72 is supported in the hollow of the collection container 70 by these arms 71. The lower bearing 72 is concentric with the conical axis of the crushing container 60, similarly to the upper bearing 64 of the crushing container 60, and the lower bearing 72 supports the lower end portion of the rotating shaft 81 in a penetrating state.
[0026]
[Rotating and grinding member 80]
The rotary crushing member 80 includes a rotating shaft 81, a receiving plate 82 and a crushing plate 83. The rotation shaft 81 has its axis oriented in the vertical direction coaxial with the cone axis of the crushing container 60, and the upper end and the lower end of the rotation shaft 81 penetrate through the upper bearing 64 and the lower bearing 72, respectively. It is supported so as to be able to rotate around the axis and move in the vertical direction along the axis. Note that the end of the rotating shaft 81 above the upper bearing 64 is supported by a gear box 94 described later. On the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 81, a single receiving plate 82 that is spirally extended in the radial direction is fixed. The outer peripheral edge 82 </ b> A of the receiving plate 82 has an outer diameter that gradually decreases from the upper side to the lower side so as to correspond to the arcuate surface 61 of the grinding container 60. Further, the gap S between the outer peripheral edge 82A of the receiving plate 82 and the arcuate surface 61 has a uniform dimension over the entire region from the upper end to the lower end. The pulverizing plate 83 has a flat plate shape, and is attached so as to be passed up and down between the vertically opposed surfaces of the receiving plate 82. A plurality of crushing plates 83 are provided at intervals of 90 ° over the entire spiral path of the receiving plate 82. The inner edge of the pulverizing plate 83 is connected to the rotary shaft 81, and the outer edge 83 </ b> A of the pulverizing plate 83 is dimensioned so that a uniform gap S is formed in the vertical direction with respect to the arcuate surface 61. The gap between the pulverizing plate 83 and the arcuate surface 61 is the same size as the gap S between the receiving plate 82 and the arcuate surface 61.
[0027]
[Drive mechanism 90]
A housing 91 is attached to the upper surface of the support wall 62, and an air cylinder 92 is fixed to the upper surface of the housing 91 with the rod 93 protruding downward into the housing 91. By operation, the rod 93 moves forward and backward. A gear box 94 is fixed to the lower end of the rod 93 so as to be movable together. A motor 95 is fixed to the outer surface of the gear box 94, and an upper end portion of the rotating shaft 81 is inserted into the gear box 94. ing. The motor 95 can rotate in both forward and reverse directions, and the rotational driving force thereof is decelerated and transmitted to the rotary shaft 81 through a gear (not shown) in the gear box 94. Note that the upper end portion of the rotation shaft 81 is supported in a state in which relative rotation is allowed so as to move up and down integrally with the gear box 94.
[0028]
  [Reference exampleAction]
When crushing a gypsum board (not shown), the motor 95 is driven to rotate the rotary crushing member 80 in the crushing container 60. This rotation direction may be either forward or reverse. In this state, the coarsely crushed gypsum board is charged into the pulverizing container 60 from the charging port 63. Then, the loaded gypsum board is placed on the receiving plate 82 for almost one turn at the uppermost end, slides along the inclination of the receiving plate 82, and is stored in a state where it is blocked by the crushing plate 83. . That is, the gypsum board is stored separately in a plurality of storage spaces 84 partitioned by the receiving plate 82 and the pulverizing plate 83.
[0029]
The stored gypsum board is bitten into the gap S between the outer edge 83A of the crushing plate 83 and the arcuate surface 61 as the rotary crushing member 80 rotates. As a result, the gypsum board is separated into gypsum (core material, which is a constituent of the present invention) and paper (sheet, which is a constituent of the present invention), and the gypsum is finely pulverized and atomized. Is done. Note that the paper part separated from the gypsum part is deformed flexibly even if it is caught between the crushing plate 83 and the arcuate surface 61, so that a relatively large piece of paper is maintained.
[0030]
Then, most of the separated and crushed gypsum and paper passes through the gap S between the outer peripheral edge 82A of the backing plate 82 and the arc-shaped surface 61, and along the arc-shaped surface 61, the outer peripheral edge of the lower receiving plate 82 It slips down while passing through the gap S with 82A and is stored in the collection container 70 at once. Further, a part of the gypsum part and the paper part that have passed through the gap S between the receiving plate 82 and the arcuate surface 61 falls into the storage space 84 located below and is placed on the receiving plate 82 and again. It is sandwiched between the pulverizing plate 83 and the arcuate surface 61 and further finely crushed, and then accommodated in the collection container 70 through the gap S between the receiving plate 82 and the arcuate surface 61. Of the separated and crushed gypsum and paper, those crushed at a relatively upper position on the outer edge 83A of the pulverizing plate 83 do not pass through the gap S between the receiving plate 82 and the arcuate surface 61. It moves to the storage space 84 adjacent to the lower side in the spiral direction than the pulverizing plate 83 and is crushed again in a state of being stored here. As crushing progresses, the amount of gypsum board in the uppermost storage space 84 decreases, so that additional gypsum board is added according to the amount. In this way, all the gypsum board is crushed and accommodated in the collection container 70.
[0031]
Now,Reference exampleThe gap S between the pulverizing plate 83 and the arcuate surface 61 can be arbitrarily adjusted. That is, when the gap S is increased, the air cylinder 92 is operated to contract the rod 93 so as to be pulled upward, and the gear box 94, the motor 95, and the rotary crushing member 80 are displaced upward together with the rod 93. . Since the diameter of the arcuate surface 61 is increased upward, the clearance S between the crushing plate 83 and the arcuate surface 61 is increased when the rotary crushing member 80 is raised. In order to reduce the gap S between the pulverizing plate 83 and the arcuate surface 61, the air cylinder 92 may be driven so as to advance the rod 93 downward, contrary to the above. Note that when the gap S between the grinding plate 83 and the arcuate surface 61 is increased or decreased, the gap S between the receiving plate 82 and the arcuate surface 61 is also increased or decreased.
[0032]
  [Reference exampleEffect]
the aboveReference example, The arc-shaped surface 61 has a conical shape, and the outer peripheral surfaces 82A and 83A of the rotary pulverizing member 80 (the receiving plate 82 and the pulverizing plate 83) have a shape along the conical arc-shaped surface 61. Therefore, the dimension of the gap S between the rotary crushing member 80 and the arcuate surface 61 can be arbitrarily changed. Thereby, the size of the pulverized grains can be arbitrarily set.
[0033]
Further, when the entire outer periphery of the rotary pulverizing member is conical, there are restrictions on the amount and size of board pieces that can be put into the pulverizing container 60. However, in the second embodiment, the rotary crushing member 80 rises from the rotary shaft 81 along the conical axis, the receiving plate 82 projecting radially from the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 81, and the upper surface of the receiving plate 82. Since the crushing plate 83 is provided and a gap S is provided between the outer edge 83A of the crushing plate 83 and the arcuate surface 61 so that the gypsum board can be crushed, the gypsum board can be stored above the receiving plate 82. A storage space 84 is secured. By securing the storage space 84 in this way, a large amount of gypsum board having a large size can be thrown in, and workability is better than in the case where it is put in small portions. In addition, since the gypsum board can be put into the crushing container 60 with a relatively large size, the preparation process for crushing can be simplified.
[0034]
