Claims (4)
- 高炉装入用非焼成塊成鉱を製造する方法において、酸化鉄原料、粘土および水硬性バインダーを含む塊成鉱組成物に水を加えて混練した後、真空脱気しつつ押出成形し、得られた成形物を養生することを特徴とする非焼成塊成鉱の製造方法。
- 前記水硬性バインダーとして、セメントおよび/または高炉スラグを使用する請求項1に記載の非焼成塊成鉱の製造方法。
- 前記酸化鉄原料の配合量が、塊成鉱組成物全体の60質量%以上である請求項1または2に記載の非焼成塊成鉱の製造方法。
- 前記粘土の配合量が、塊成鉱組成物全体の5〜30質量%である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の非焼成塊成鉱の製造方法。
