Claims (4)
- 外部の対象とする音波に応じて振動する板状の振動板と、前記振動板に結合され、それぞれが異なる特定の周波数に共振する複数の共振子とを含むセンサ本体と、
前記センサ本体の一方面側に位置して前記センサ本体を支持し、前記センサ本体の振動板の他方面側と音響的に遮断され、前記センサ本体の一方面側に面する空室を有する支持部材と、
前記センサ本体の他方面側に位置して積層され、前記センサ本体の複数の共振子の一方面と他方面とを音響的に分離し、前記センサ本体の振動板を露出させた状態で前記複数の共振子を覆う封止部と、前記封止部と前記複数の共振子との間に位置し、前記空室に連通する共振用キャビティと、前記振動板と前記複数の共振子との境界部分に対向して前記音波の通過を阻止する音響遮断空隙部とを含むキャップとを備える、振動波検出装置。 - 前記キャップは、前記音波を前記振動板に入力するために開口された開口部を含む、請求項1に記載の振動波検出装置。
- 前記キャップは、さらに前記振動板を覆い、前記振動板の一方面に、所定の空隙を介して対向して設けられる薄膜部を有する、請求項1または2に記載の振動検出装置。
- 外部の対象とする音波に応じて振動する板状の振動板と、前記振動板に結合され、それぞれが異なる特定の周波数に共振する複数の共振子とを含むセンサ本体と、
前記センサ本体が積層され、前記センサ本体の一方面側を支持する支持部材と、
その先端部が所定の空隙を有して前記一方面側における前記振動板と前記複数の共振子との境界部分に対向して前記音波の通過を阻止する音響遮断空隙部を含み、前記支持部材とともに前記振動板の一方面側に空室を形成する壁とを備える、振動波検出装置。
