Description
この引抜鋼管の製造方法では、焼付防止のため、前記冷間引抜用プラグとして、前記被加工材と接触する部位にコーティング層が形成されたプラグを用いることができる。
(2)上記(1)に記載の引抜鋼管の製造方法により抽伸加工が施されたことを特徴とする引抜鋼管である。
したがって、ある長さの抽伸加工を行った後、びびり振動が発生するに先立ち、続く抽伸加工前に、適宜冷間引抜用プラグの表面粗さを、規定範囲に調整すると同時に、オイルピットに蓄積された金属酸化物の微粉を除去する研磨処理を施せば、常時、びびり振動を防止することができるため、工具寿命を大幅に改善することができる。

Claims (3)
- 光輝熱処理された素管を被加工材とし、潤滑処理が施された前記被加工材の抽伸加工に用いられる冷間引抜用プラグの少なくとも前記被加工材と接触する部位の表面粗さを、定期的に、抽伸加工前にRmaxで0.4〜2.0μmに調整すると同時に、前記冷間引抜用プラグの表面のオイルピットに蓄積された金属酸化物の微粉を除去する研磨処理を施した後に、被加工材を抽伸加工することを特徴とする引抜鋼管の製造方法。
- 前記冷間引抜用プラグとして、前記被加工材と接触する部位にコーティング層が形成されたプラグを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引抜鋼管の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の引抜鋼管の製造方法により抽伸加工が施されたことを特徴とする引抜鋼管。
