- 発電機を回転駆動するタービンの機械出力を演算するタービン機械出力演算装置であって、発電機出力計測手段によって計測される前記発電機の出力Pe[W]と、タービン回転数計測手段によって計測される前記タービンの回転数N[rpm]と、前記タービンの慣性モーメントJ[kg・m 2 ]とに基づき、次式、
によって、前記タービンの機械出力を演算するタービン機械出力演算装置と、
負荷設定値と、前記発電機出力計測手段によって計測される発電機出力とに基づいて、燃焼器へ供給する燃料量を制御する燃料量制御手段と、
前記タービン機械出力演算装置で演算されたガスタービン機械出力に基づいて、前記燃焼器へ供給する燃焼空気量を制御する燃焼空気量制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とするガスタービン制御装置。
