Description

Claims (18)
- 医療用流体注射装置と共に使用する液圧遠隔操作手段であって、
注射器本体と該注射器本体内に滑動可能に配置されたプランジャとを有する第1注射器と、
前記医療用流体注射装置の制御回路に接続された少なくとも1つの圧力変換器と、
前記第1注射器に連結された第1端部と前記圧力変換器に連結可能な第2端部とを有するコンジットと、を備え、
前記注射器本体内での前記プランジャの移動が、前記圧力変換器によって検知される圧力を創出して、前記制御回路に、前記検知圧力に応じて流体を注入するように前記医療用注射装置を作動させることを特徴とする液圧遠隔操作手段。 - 前記注射器本体内での前記プランジャの移動が、前記圧力変換器によって検知される圧
力を創出して、前記制御回路に、前記検知圧力に応じて流体を吸引するように前記医療用注射装置を作動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧遠隔操作手段。 - 請求項1の遠隔操作手段を組み込んだ医療用注射装置は、さらに、
プランジャ駆動ラムと、
前記プランジャ駆動ラムを移動させるモータと、
第2注射器に取り付けられ、前記プランジャ駆動ラムが前記第2注射器のプランジャをシリンジバレルに沿って移動させて、前記第2注射器の内容物を注入し、または流体を第2注射器の前記シリンジバレル中に吸引することができるように前記注射装置に対して前記第2注射器を位置
決めする注射器取付部と、
前記第2注射器から流体を注入するために前記ラムおよび前記プランジャを移動させるように前記モータを制御する制御回路と、を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記圧力変換器で検知された圧力に対応する速度で前記プランジャ駆動ラムを移動させることによって前記検知圧力に応答することを特徴とする医療用注射装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記圧力変換器による検知圧力の正の変化に対応する速度で前記第2
注射器から流体を放出するように前記第2注射器内へ前記プランジャ駆動ラムを移動させることによって前記増加した検知圧力に応答することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療用注射装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記圧力変換器による検知圧力の負の変換に対応する速度で前記第2
注射器に流体を吸引するように前記第2注射器の外へ前記プランジャ駆動ラムを移動させることによって前記減少した検知圧力に応答することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療用注射装置。 - 請求項3に記載の医療用注射装置は、さらに、
ホーム位置と前後位置との間で移動可能なレバーを有する手動操作移動制御部を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記ホーム位置からの前記レバーの前方移動の量に対応した速度で前記第2注射器から流体を放出するように前記第2注射器内へ前記プランジャ駆動ラムを移動させることによって前記レバーの前方移動に応答し、
前記制御回路は、前記ホーム位置からの前記レバーの後方移動の量に対応した速度で前記第2注射器に流体を吸引するように前記第2注射器の外へ前記プランジャ駆動ラムを移動させることによって前記レバーの後方移動に応答することを特徴とする医療用注射装置。 - 前記制御回路に接続可能な2つの圧力変換器をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求
項3に記載の医療用注射装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記圧力変換器の1つで検知された圧力に応答して、前記第2注射器
の放出先端部への前記プランジャ駆動ラムの動作を制御し、
前記制御回路は、前記もう1つの圧力変換器で検知された圧力に応答して、前記圧力がしきい値圧力よりも高いときに前記注射装置の作動を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療用注射装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記圧力変換器の1つで検知された圧力に応答して、前記第2注射器
の放出先端部からの前記プランジャ駆動ラムの動作を制御し、
前記制御回路は、前記もう1つの圧力変換器で検知された圧力に応答して、前記圧力がしきい値圧力よりも高いときに前記注射装置の作動を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療用注射装置。 - 前記しきい値圧力は、前記プランジャが解放されたときに前記注射装置の作動を不能に
するのに十分であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の医療用注射装置。 - 前記しきい値圧力は、前記プランジャが解放されたときに前記注射装置の作動を不能に
するのに十分であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療用注射装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記圧力変換器で検知された圧力に応答して、圧力変化量に比例した
速度で前記プランジャ駆動ラムを移動させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療用注射装置。 - 前記制御回路は、毎秒約6ミリリットルの最大速度で前記プランジャ駆動ラムを移動さ
せることができることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の医療用注射装置。 - 遠隔操作手段と共に使用可能なように医療用注射装置を改良するために前記注射装置に接続可能な回路基板であって、
前記遠隔操作手段に接続可能で、かつ、前記遠隔操作手段から検知された圧力に応じて前記注射装置による流体の注入を制御するために前記注射装置の制御回路に信号を送るようになっている少なくとも1つの圧力変換器を備えていることを特徴とする回路基板。 - 医療用流体注射装置に接続される遠隔操作手段を用いた前記注射装置の制御方法であって、
圧力を発生させるように前記遠隔操作手段のプランジャを移動させ、
前記遠隔操作手段によって発生した圧力を検知し、
前記検知圧力に応じて前記注射装置のプランジャ駆動ラムを移動させることを特徴とする医療用注射装置の制御方法。 - 前記遠隔操作手段の前記プランジャが第1方向に移動されるとき、前記検知圧力に応じて前記プランジャ駆動ラムを前記注射装置の注射器の放出先端部へ移動させることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の医療用注射装置の制御方法。
- 前記遠隔操作手段の前記プランジャが第2方向に移動されるとき、前記検知圧力に応じて前記プランジャ駆動ラムを前記注射装置の注射器の放出先端部から移動させることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の医療用注射装置の制御方法。
- 制御回路を有する医療用流体注射装置を遠隔操作手段に対応するように改良する方法で
あって、
前記遠隔操作手段からの圧力を検知するようにした少なくとも1つの圧力変換器を有する回路基板を、前記注射装置による流体の注入を制御するために前記注射装置の前記制御回路に接続することを特徴とする方法。
