Claims (6)
- 電流源(3)と;
変換器出力(35、37)に接続されるスイッチング部(13)と、
該スイッチング部と変換器出力との間に設けられたリーケージインダクタンスと、
スイッチング部の入力における電圧を制限するクランプ回路(41)と、
上記クランプ回路(41)が、上記スイッチング部(13)のスイッチングサイクルの少なくとも一つの位相中にエネルギーを蓄積するコンデンサ(45)と、上記コンデンサ(45)に蓄積されたエネルギーを出力に戻すインダクタンス(47)とを備えている電流付勢型変換器であって、
前記コンデンサ(45)は第1の単向性構成要素(43)と直列に配置され、
前記第1の単向性構成要素(43)とコンデンサ(45)は前記スイッチング部(13)の正の端子(9)と負の端子(11)において接続され、
前記インダクタンス(47)は前記第1の単向性構成要素(43)に対して並列に配置され、
前記インダクタンス(47)が被制御スイッチ(49)により前記コンデンサ(45)へ選択的に接続され、
前記被制御スイッチ(49)は、スイッチング部が変換器出力へエネルギーが移送されかつ前記コンデンサ(45)の端子における電圧(VC)が少なくとも基準電圧に等しい状態にある時に閉成され、
前記被制御スイッチ(49)の閉成により、前記コンデンサ(45)と前記インダクタンス(47)とが接続され、それによって前記コンデンサ中に蓄積されたエネルギーが前記変換器出力へ移送されることを特徴とする電流付勢型変換器。 - 上記スイッチング部(13)が出力に接続された変圧器(23)に接続され、上記リーケージインダクタンスが上記変圧器(23)のリーケージインダクタンスを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変換器。
- 前記インダクタンス(47)と被制御スイッチ(49)は第1の単向性構成要素(43)に対して並列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の変換器。
- 上記スイッチング部の入力電圧が上記基準電圧を越えた時に上記第1の単向性構成要素(43)が上記スイッチング部(13)の正の入力端子を上記コンデンサ(45)に接続することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の変換器。
- 上記コンデンサ(45)と直列の上記被制御スイッチ(49)を含む枝路に並列に第2の単向性構成要素(51)が接続され、上記第2の単向性構成要素(51)が上記被制御スイッチ(49)の開放時に過電圧の発生を阻止することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の変換器。
- 上記コンデンサ(45)の端子における電圧が予定の値に達するまで上記被制御スイッチ(49)の閉成を阻止するスイッチング回路(59)が上記被制御スイッチ(49)に対して設けられ、上記コンデンサ(45)の端子における電圧が予定の値に達した後、スイッチング部のスイッチング状態に関連して上記被制御スイッチ(49)を閉開させ、スイッチング部がエネルギーを変換器の出力に移送する際に上記被制御スイッチ(49)を閉成し、スイッチング部がエネルギーを変換器の出力に移送しない時には上記被制御スイッチ(49)を開放状態に保つことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の変換器。
