Description
また、気体旋回流を発生させる消火剤噴射力がタンク側壁の複数の位置から得られるので、気体の旋回に必要なエネルギーをより確実に得ることができる。また、消火剤の噴射を行う複数の位置の一部が噴射不可能な状態になった場合でも他の位置からの消火剤噴射がこれを補うことが可能となり、動作の確実性も向上する。
この消火剤噴射口から前記消火剤を噴射させるように前記消火剤を供給する消火剤供給装置と、を備え、前記噴射される消火剤は、泡消火剤が含まれることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 可燃性液体を貯留する略円柱形状のタンクの可燃性液体液面上に消火剤を供給する方法であって、
前記貯留された可燃性液体の液面より上部の前記タンクの側壁の複数の位置に設けられた消火剤噴射口から消火剤を噴射し、
該各噴射の方向は、前記液面より上部の気体に前記タンクの円周方向への旋回発生のきっかけを与えるように、前記タンク内周の同一回り方向でかつ略水平方向に、前記側壁に沿って噴射されるようにタンク中心方向に対し所定角度角度づけされており、前記噴射される消火剤には、泡消火剤が含まれることを特徴とするタンクへの消火剤供給方法。 - 可燃性液体を貯留する略円柱状のタンクに備えられ、このタンク内に貯留された前記可燃性液体の液面上に消火剤を噴射供給する設備であって、
前記貯留された可燃性液体の液面より上部のタンク側壁に所定間隔をもって複数設けられ、それぞれ噴射方向を、前記液面より上部の気体に前記タンクの円周方向への旋回発生のきっかけを与えるように、前記タンク内周の同一回り方向でかつ略水平方向に、前記側壁に沿って噴射されるようにタンク中心方向に対し所定角度角度づけして消火剤を噴射する消火剤噴射口と、
この消火剤噴射口から前記消火剤を噴射させるように前記消火剤を供給する消火剤供給装置と、を備え、前記噴射される消火剤は、泡消火剤が含まれることを特徴とするタンク用消火剤供給設備。 - 前記消火剤噴射口は、それぞれの噴射方向が所定の範囲で調整可能に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタンク用消火設備。
- 前記タンクには、前記消火剤噴射口に加えて、
前記タンク内に消火剤を供給する補助消火剤供給口が併設されたことを特徴とする請求項2又は3の何れかに記載のタンク用消火剤供給設備。 - 前記補助消火剤供給口は、前記タンクの側壁の内側面に沿って下方に供給する供給口及び前記タンクの底部側から供給する供給口の何れか一方又は双方の供給であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタンク用消火剤供給設備。
