Claims (3)
- 複数個の薄型単電池を積層して内臓するパック電池において、リチウム二次電池及び又は電気二重層キャパシターがそれぞれ独立したユニット室に収納され、且つ該ユニット室の少なくとも一部が該パック電池の水分ガスバリアー性に優れたアルミラミネート外装パック材と一体に封止され、さらに該封止部から両端に正極端子および負極端子が突出し、かつその端子間に単電池の電圧をモニタリングする電圧モニター端子が突出していることを特徴とする薄型パック電池。
- ユニット室を形成する内装パック材に比べて外装パック材は水分ガスバリアー性を高めるためのバリアー層を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の薄型パック電池。
- 複数個の薄型単セル電池を積層して内臓するパック電池を製造する方法において、リチウム二次電池及び又は電気二重層キャパシターをそれぞれ独立したユニット室に収納し、該ユニット室を積層し、かつ該ユニット室の少なくとも一部を該パック電池の水分ガスバリアー性に優れた外装パック材の周縁域に減圧状態下で加熱シールして一体に封止し、該封止部から、両端に正極端子および負極端子が突出し、さらにその端子間に単セル電池の電圧をモニタリングする電圧モニター端子が突出している薄型パック電池を製造する方法。
