Description
Claims (4)
- 被処理液の溶媒中の物質を光破砕して、その微粒子を製造する製造方法であって、
物質及び溶媒が混合された被処理液を準備する準備ステップと、
前記溶媒中にある前記物質の粒子のうちで、微粒子化対象となる大粒子を所定の処理位置に選択的に捕捉する大粒子捕捉ステップと、
前記処理位置の前記被処理液に対して光破砕用レーザ光を照射することによって、前記溶媒中にある前記物質を微粒子化するレーザ光照射ステップと
を備え、
前記大粒子捕捉ステップにおいて、前記処理位置の前記被処理液に対して、900nm以上の波長を有する光捕捉用レーザ光を照射することによって、前記大粒子を捕捉し、
前記レーザ光照射ステップでの前記光破砕用レーザ光の照射を開始する前に前記光捕捉用レーザ光の照射を停止するとともに、前記光破砕用レーザ光の照射を終了した後に前記光捕捉用レーザ光の照射を再開することを特徴とする微粒子の製造方法。 - 前記処理位置の前記被処理液に対する前記光捕捉用レーザ光の照射において、レーザ光の干渉縞を利用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記レーザ光の干渉縞として、2つの光学スリットのそれぞれを通過したレーザ光によって形成される干渉縞を用いることを特徴とする請求項2記載の製造方法。
- 前記レーザ光の干渉縞として、2つの光路のそれぞれから照射されるレーザ光によって形成される干渉縞を用いることを特徴とする請求項2記載の製造方法。
