Claims (2)
- 海洋鋼構造物を陰極とし該海洋鋼構造物と対向させて海水中に陽極を配置してそれらの電極間に直流電流を流し、海水の電解反応により海洋鋼構造物に防食膜を形成して海洋鋼構造物の防食を行うようにしている防食膜形成方法であって、前記海洋鋼構造物に水酸化マグネシウム主体の被膜が形成される電流密度となるように電極間に電流を流すことにより所定膜厚の被膜を形成した後、電流の供給を停止し、海水存在下で生じる水酸化マグネシウムに対して炭酸カルシウムが置き換わる組成置換作用により防食膜を形成することを特徴とする防食膜形成方法。
- 前記海洋鋼構造物の電流密度が3〜10A/m2になるように電極間に電流を流すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防食膜形成方法。
