Description
Claims (9)
- ビームパスに沿ってレーザービームを発するためのレーザー光源と、
前記レーザービームの周波数安定化手段と、
前記周波数安定化手段に作用して前記レーザービームを不安定にする傾向がある後方散乱光を、使用時に生じさせる光学部品を少なくとも1つと、
前記周波数安定化手段および/または前記周波数安定化手段に用いられるフィルターの応答時間よりも速い周波数で前記後方散乱光の位相を変化させるように、前記後方散乱光の位相を変調することによって、前記周波数安定化手段に対する前記後方散乱光の影響を軽減する位相変調器と、
を含み、
前記位相変調器は、回転によって振動を生じるように、前記後方散乱光のパス内にて回転すべく設置されたガラスブロックを含むことを特徴とするレーザーシステム。 - 前記光学部品は平面鏡であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザーシステム。
- 前記光学部品は光ファイバーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザーシステム。
- 前記ガラスブロックの振動はモータによってなされることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレーザーシステム。
- 前記ガラスブロックは前記ビームパスに対して直角ではないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザーシステム。
- 前記ガラスブロックは、前記モータの回転軸に対してある角度をもって設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザーシステム。
- 前記光学部品は前記ビームパス内に位置し、前記周波数安定化手段は前記ビームパスの外にそらされた光を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザーシステム。
- 前記位相変調器は、前記ビームパス内に位置することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のレーザーシステム。
- 前記ガラスブロックは、10°と25°との間の小さな角度範囲で振動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザーシステム。
