Description
前記電動式膨張弁の冷媒の入口側と出口側は、前記放熱器で放熱された冷媒が流れる導入パイプ及び前記蒸発器(冷却器)のパイプよりも小径であって途中にループ状の撓み部を形成したそれぞれの冷媒パイプを介して前記導入パイプと前記蒸発器(冷却器)へ接続され、
前記電動式膨張弁は振動吸収部材で構成されたカバーによって覆われ、
前記撓み部には、一端で連通し他端が開放し対抗面に接着剤が塗布された相互に接着する一対の挟持辺でもって形成された振動吸収部材を備え、
後者の前記振動吸収部材はゴム材で構成され、前記一対の挟持辺が前記ループ状の部分を挟んだ状態で前記ループ状の部分にわたり、且つ前記ループ状の内側及び外側の部分で前記一対の挟持辺が前記接着剤にて接着して前記撓み部に取り付けられたことを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 圧縮機で圧縮された二酸化炭素冷媒が、放熱器で放熱された後、電動式膨張弁を経て冷却庫内を冷却するための蒸発器(冷却器)で蒸発し、前記圧縮機の圧縮部へ帰還する冷媒回路を構成し、前記電動式膨張弁は、コイルに通電されるパルス信号によって駆動弁が冷媒通路を開閉し前記駆動弁が閉じる方向に前記駆動弁が閉じる正規のパルス数よりも更に余分のパルス信号を供給して初期化を行うステッピングモータ方式であり、
前記電動式膨張弁の冷媒の入口側と出口側は、前記放熱器で放熱された冷媒が流れる導入パイプ及び前記蒸発器(冷却器)のパイプよりも小径であって途中にループ状の撓み部を形成したそれぞれの冷媒パイプを介して前記導入パイプと前記蒸発器(冷却器)へ接続され、
前記電動式膨張弁は振動吸収部材で構成されたカバーによって覆われ、
