Claims (2)
- 先端にノズルを有する本体内に射出手段を備え、本体上側にビレットの溶解筒を縦に備えた射出加熱筒を、型締装置とともに機台上に設置した金属成形機において、
上記溶解筒を、ビレットが複数の温度センサを縦方向に配設した筒壁に常時線接触するように、温度センサ側の筒壁側面を下側に機台上の水平面と直角な垂直線に対し傾斜させて設置してなることを特徴とするビレット溶解筒を備えた金属成形機。 - 上記温度センサは、筒壁とビレットの接触中心線の左右45°の角度範囲内で溶解筒の縦方向に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のビレット溶解筒を備えた金属成形機。
