Description
樹脂の低透過性を試験する方法には、様々な方法があるが、燃料用チューブに用いる樹脂について低透過性を試験する方法の代表例には、SHED試験機を用いて行うCARB DBL法がある。
第1実施形態
図1は、多層樹脂チューブの横断面を示す。この多層樹脂チューブは、外側から順に外層の第1層と、中間の接着層である第2層と、最内層の第3層からなる3層構造の樹脂チューブである。第1実施形態では、層の基本構造として燃料に直接触れる最内層の第3層が低透過性の樹脂を材料とする層となっていいる。そして、この第3層は、低透過性樹脂層であることに加えて、長繊維状の導電フィラーを添加した樹脂からなる導電性樹脂層でもある。第1層の方は、第3層のように低透過性を強化した樹脂層とはなっていない。第3層は、低透過性の熱可塑性樹脂に電導性を付与するために、カーボンナノチューブまたは炭素長繊維が添加された樹脂から形成されている。

Claims (7)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を材料とする複数の樹脂層からなる多層構造を有する多層樹脂チューブにおいて、
樹脂層のうち少なくとも最内層に低透過性樹脂層を形成するとともに、長繊維状の導電フィラーを樹脂に添加して導電性を付加した導電性樹脂層を少なくとも一層形成し、前記電導フィラーは、チューブの長さ方向の寸法変化率と、チューブの最大使用長さとから決まる最低基準以上の繊維長さを有することを特徴とする多層樹脂チューブ。 - 前記低透過性樹脂層は、導電性樹脂層を兼ねることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記導電性樹脂層は、ポリフェニレンスルファイド(PPS)、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、ポリアミド11(PA11)、ポリアミド(PA12)のうち、いずれか1種類の樹脂を材料としたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記導電フィラーは、炭素長繊維からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記導電フィラーは、カーボンナノチューブからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかの項に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記炭素長繊維またはカーボンナノチューブを混合した単層または多層の導電性樹脂層を有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記炭素長繊維またはカーボンナノチューブの配合割合は、原材料100重量部中、5〜30重量%であることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
