Description
鉄素材上に前記粗面形成材を、吹付け圧力0.3〜1.0Mpaかつ吹付け距離50〜400mm、吹付け角度45〜135度とし、かつ運行速度を20〜120cm/secの条件下でスプレー塗布して、前記金属材上に前記粗面形成材からなり、粗面皮膜中の前記導電性粒子相互が前記樹脂を介さず直接に接触している導電性粗面皮膜を形成し、
その粗面皮膜上に前記鉄素材よりも卑なる金属がアーク溶射される、あるいはジンクリッチペイントが塗装されるものである
ことを特徴とする導電性粗面の形成方法である。
本発明が対象とする金属材としては、ダル鋼板、みがき鋼板、黒皮鋼板、ケレン済みの錆鋼板、溶接鋼板、ブリキ板等の鉄素材、特に、鋼板への適用が好ましい。
Claims (1)
- 粒子径500μm以下の導電性粒子としてアルミニウム粉末及び亜鉛粉末を、二液硬化型エポキシ樹脂に対して90〜700容量%分散させてなり、JIS K 6833に準じて測定される粘度が400〜1200mPa・sかつJIS K 5600-3-2に準じて測定される表面乾燥性(バロチニ法)が2〜30分の導電性粗面形成材を用い、
鉄素材上に前記粗面形成材を、吹付け圧力0.3〜1.0Mpaかつ吹付け距離50〜400mm、吹付け角度45〜135度とし、かつ運行速度を20〜120cm/secの条件下でスプレー塗布して、前記金属材上に前記粗面形成材からなり、粗面皮膜中の前記導電性粒子相互が前記樹脂を介さず直接に接触している導電性粗面皮膜を形成し、
その粗面皮膜上に前記鉄素材よりも卑なる金属がアーク溶射される、あるいはジンクリッチペイントが塗装されるものである
ことを特徴とする導電性粗面の形成方法。
