Claims (12)
- 固体自由形状製作装置のための構築材料供給装置において、前記構築材料が非流動状態及び流動状態を有し、前記装置が前記構築材料を計量分配するための計量分配装置を有し、前記供給装置が、
前記非流動状態にある、単位量の前記構築材料を複数単位保持する手段、
非流動状態にある、単位量の支持材料を複数単位保持する手段、
前記非流動状態にある前記単位量の前記構築材料を前記計量分配装置上の少なくとも1つのホッパーに給送する手段、
前記非流動状態にある前記単位量の前記支持材料を前記計量分配装置上の少なくとも1つのホッパーに給走する手段、
前記構築材料および前記支持材料の前記ホッパーへの給送後に、前記構築材料および前記支持材料を前記非流動状態から前記流動状態に変化させる手段、
前記ホッパー内の前記流動状態にある前記構築材料を前記計量分配装置の受け器に移動させ、前記ホッパー内の前記流動状態にある前記支持材料を前記計量分配装置の受け器に移動させる手段、及び
前記受け器内の前記構築材料および前記支持材料を積層式に前記計量分配装置により計量分配する手段、
を備えることを特徴とする構築材料供給装置。 - 前記単位量の前記構築材料の前記ホッパーへの前記給送を制御するために、前記受け器内に保持されている前記構築材料の減耗状態を検出する手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 前記ホッパー内の前記構築材料を前記受け器に移動させるための前記手段が前記計量分配装置内の通路を含み、前記通路が前記受け器と前記ホッパーの間に通じていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 前記計量分配装置が前記受け器と通じている吐出オリフィスを少なくとも1つ有し、前記吐出オリフィスが毛管引力を有し、前記通路が前記吐出オリフィスの前記毛管引力より強い実効毛管引力を有する毛管バルブを備え、前記計量分配装置の前記受け器が減圧下に維持されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 前記計量分配装置が複数の吐出オリフィスを有するインクジェットプリントヘッドを少なくとも1基備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 前記計量分配装置が少なくとも2つのホッパーを備え、少なくとも1つのホッパーは3次元物体を形成するために計量分配されるべき前記構築材料を受け取るように適合されており、別の少なくとも1つのホッパーは前記3次元物体の支持体を形成するために計量分配されるべき支持材料を受け取るように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 少なくとも2基の計量分配装置をさらに備え、少なくとも1基の計量分配装置は3次元物体を形成する前記構築材料を計量分配するための計量分配装置であり、別の少なくとも1基の計量分配装置は前記3次元物体のための支持体を形成するための支持材料の計量分配専用であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 前記計量分配装置が複数のホッパーを備え、前記複数のホッパーのそれぞれは、一意的な視覚特性を有する相異なる構築材料のそれぞれに関係付けられ、前記一意的な視覚特性を示す前記それぞれの構築材料の給送を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 前記それぞれのホッパーに関係付けられる前記一意的な視覚特性が色であり、前記それぞれのホッパーに給送される前記相異なる構築材料のそれぞれに着色剤が添加されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 前記着色剤が、青紫(シアン)、紫紅(マゼンタ)、黄(イエロー)及び黒からなる色群を呈することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 前記計量分配装置が、3次元物体の任意の層の任意の座標に任意の着色剤を含む前記構築材料を選択的に計量分配できる、複数の吐出オリフィスを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の構築材料供給装置。
- 前記構築材料の前記単位量を前記ホッパーに給送するための前記手段が前記材料を落し込み装荷態様で給送する機械的割送り装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構築材料供給装置。
