Claims (6)
- 気体を導入する気体導入路と、該気体導入路の導入開口が内部に臨む弁シリンダと、該弁シリンダの内部において前記導入開口を開閉可能に構成する閉塞部を備えた弁体と、前記弁シリンダの内部に臨む導出開口を備えた気体導出路と、前記弁体を駆動して前記導入開口の開閉動作を行う圧電アクチュエータと、を具備する気体供給弁において、
弁の開放時において前記導入開口と前記導出開口の間の内部空間を外部に連通させる通気経路が前記気体導入路及び前記気体導出路とは別に設けられることを特徴とする気体供給弁。 - 前記弁シリンダ内においては、前記導入開口に向けて前記弁シリンダの周囲内面との間に間隔を有する態様で前記閉塞部が突出し、前記通気経路は前記間隔内に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気体供給弁。
- 前記導入開口を先端に備えた気体導入部が前記弁シリンダの周囲内面との間に間隔を有する態様で前記弁体に向けて突出するとともに、前記気体導入部の先端が先細状に構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の気体供給弁。
- 前記導出開口の前記内部空間に対する開口位置は、前記導入開口の開口位置に対し前記閉塞部の移動方向と直交する方向に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の気体供給弁。
- 前記閉塞部が前記導入開口から離間する方向の前記弁体の移動限界を設定する弁体規制手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の気体供給弁。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の気体供給弁と、該気体供給弁を介して供給された気体を選択的に部品に吹き付けて選別を行う部品選別部と、該部品選別部を通過する部品搬送路と、を具備することを特徴とする部品搬送装置。
