Description
Claims (20)
- エレベータ装置における荷重支持部材の状態を監視する方法であって、
荷重支持部材内の少なくとも一つの張力部材に第1の特性を有する第1の電気信号を付与し、
荷重支持部材内の少なくとも一つの張力部材に第2の異なる特性を有する第2の電気信号を付与し、
所定期間にわたって第1の電気信号への応答の変化率を監視することによって荷重支持部材の摩耗状態を判定し、
第2の電気信号への応答を連続的に監視することによって荷重支持部材の破損状態を判定する、
各ステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 第1および第2の特性は周波数であり、第2の周波数は第1の周波数よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1の電気信号は第1の振幅を有し、第2の電気信号はより小さい第2の振幅を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 第1の電気信号は第1の継続時間を有する一連のパルスからなり、第2の電気信号はより短い第2の継続時間を有する一連のパルスからなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- エレベータ装置の使用状態を判定し、より高い使用期間には第2の周波数を上げることを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 第1の電気信号への応答が増加した摩耗状態を示すとき第2の周波数を上げることを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 電気信号はそれぞれ一連のパルスからなり、第1の信号パルスが第2の信号パルスとは同時に発生しないように電気信号を同期させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 選択された数の張力部材が破損を示す第2の電気信号の応答を提供するときにのみ荷重支持部材の破損状態が存在することを判定することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1および第2の電気信号を複数の張力部材にそれぞれ与え、電気信号に対する各張力部材の個々の応答を判定することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 長い期間にわたって第1の電気信号への応答の変化率を監視することよって摩耗状態を周期的に判定することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- エレベータ装置における荷重支持部材の状態を監視する装置であって、該装置は、
荷重支持部材内の少なくとも一つの張力部材に第1の特性を有する第1の電気信号を付与し、荷重支持部材内の少なくとも一つの張力部材に第2の異なる特性を有する第2の電気信号を付与する制御装置を有し、該制御装置は、所定期間にわたって第1の電気信号への応答の変化率を監視することによって荷重支持部材の摩耗状態を判定し、第2の電気信号への応答を連続的に監視することによって荷重支持部材の破損状態を判定することを特徴とする装置。 - 電気信号はそれぞれ一連のパルスからなり、制御装置は第1の信号パルスが第2の信号パルスとは同時に発生しないように電気信号を同期させることを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。
- 第1の電気信号は第1の継続時間を有する一連のパルスからなり、第2の電気信号はより短い第2の継続時間を有する一連のパルスからなることを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。
- 第1の特性は第1の周波数であり、第2の特性はより高い第2の周波数であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。
- 第1の電気信号は第1の振幅を有し、第2の電気信号はより小さい第2の振幅を有することを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 制御装置は、エレベータ装置の使用状態を判定し、エレベータ装置の使用が選択された閾値を超える場合は第2の周波数を上げることを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 制御装置は、第1の電気信号への応答が増加した摩耗状態を示すとき第2の周波数を上げることを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 制御装置は、所定期間にわたって第1の電気信号への応答を統合して摩耗状態の判定を行い、第2の電気信号への応答を連続的に監視して破損状態の判定を即座に行うことを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。
- エレベータ荷重支持部材アッセンブリであって、該アッセンブリは、
複数の導電性の張力部材と、
張力部材を覆う非導電性の被覆と、
張力部材の少なくとも一つと電気的に結合された制御装置とを備えてなり、該制御装置は、荷重支持部材内の少なくとも一つの張力部材に第1の特性を有する第1の電気信号を付与し、張力部材に第2の異なる特性を有する第2の電気信号を付与し、制御装置は、所定期間にわたって第1の電気信号への応答の変化率を監視することによって荷重支持部材の摩耗状態を判定し、第2の電気信号への応答を連続的に監視することによって荷重支持部材の破損状態を判定することを特徴とするアッセンブリ。 - 第1の特性は第1の周波数であり、第2の特性はより高い第2の周波数であることを特徴とする請求項19記載のアッセンブリ。
