次式(III)
<実施例1> N−アシルヒドラゾンの分子内環化反応
次の反応式(A)に従い、α,β−不飽和ケトン由来のN−アシルヒドラゾンの分子内環化を行った。
Claims (3)
- ルイス酸触媒は、スカンジウムトリフラートである請求項1のN−アシルヒドラゾンの分子内環化反応方法。
- 次式(I)
(ただし、R1およびR2は同一または別異に水素原子または炭化水素基を示し、Arはアルキル基、アミノ基、ニトロ基、またはヒドロキシル基を置換基として有していてもよい芳香族炭化水素基を示す)
で表されるN−アシルヒドラゾンを、次式(III)
(ただし、Pはアルコキシ基、Qはアルコキシ基またはハロゲン原子を表す)
で表されるジルコニウムアルコキシドまたはジルコニウムジアルコキシドジハライドと、次式(IV)
(ただし、Xは水素原子、ハロゲン原子、炭化水素基、またはパーフルオロアルキル基を示し、Yは水素原子、ハロゲン原子、炭化水素基、またはパーフルオロアルキル基を示し、XとYは同一であってもよい)
で表されるビナフトール誘導体を混合して得られる不斉ルイス酸触媒と反応させることにより次式(II')
(ただし、R1、R2およびArは前記のものである)
で表される光学活性N−アシルピラゾリン誘導体を得ることを特徴とするN−アシルヒドラゾンの不斉分子内環化反応方法。
