Description
図1は、電源ケース内の冷却液を攪拌する攪拌機構の斜視図であり、点線は電源ケースの輪郭を示している。図2は、図1のA−A´断面図であり、大攪拌板13a、伝達ギアなどを投影して図示している。
電池フォルダ121、122にはそれぞれ、上下方向に延びるフォルダ貫通穴121a、122aが形成されており、これらのフォルダ貫通穴121a、122aには、電源ケース11の外側から組電池12を吊り持ち支持するための組電池固定ボルト127が挿入されている。
が配置されており、各第1〜4のコーナ回転軸14b〜eの下端部は、電源ケース11の底部に固定されたラジアル式の第1〜4コーナ軸受け部18b〜eに回転可能に支持されている。なお、第2及び第3のコーナ軸受け部18c、18dは、不図示である。
図5はモータ15の駆動方法を示すフローチャートであり、このフローチャートは電池ECU63によって実行される。
実施例3では、ベルト部材を使用したが、フィン回転軸71、72に取り付けられたスプロケットにチェーンを掛け回すことにより、伝達機構としてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 電源ケース内に電源体及びこの電源体を冷却する冷却液を収容した電源装置であって、
前記冷却液を攪拌する複数の攪拌部材と、
前記複数の攪拌部材を互いに接続し、駆動モータの駆動力を前記複数の攪拌部材に伝達する伝達機構とを有することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記複数の攪拌部材は、前記電源ケースの中央に配置される第1の攪拌部材と、前記電源ケースの隅に配置される第2の攪拌部材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源装置。
- 前記伝達機構は、それぞれ前記第1及び第2の攪拌部材の回転軸に取付けられ、互いに係合する歯車を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電源装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の攪拌部材は、前記伝達機構の一部を兼ねる、互いに係合する歯車であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電源装置。
- 前記電源体を前記電源ケースの上壁部に固定し、前記複数の攪拌部材を前記電源体の下方に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一つに記載の電源装置。
- 前記各攪拌部材は、回転軸とこの回転軸に形成された攪拌フィンとを含み、
前記伝達機構は、前記複数の攪拌部材における前記回転軸を接続するベルト又はチェーンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源装置。 - 前記電源体は、複数の筒型電源と、前記複数の筒型電源を支持する一対の支持部材とを含み、前記一対の支持部材間に前記複数の筒型電源を並設することにより構成されており、
前記各攪拌部材の前記回転軸を前記各筒型電源に対して平行に配置したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電源装置。 - 前記複数の回転軸のうち少なくとも一つの回転軸の軸受け部を、前記支持部材に形成したことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電源装置。
