Description
前記燃料電池ケースは車両のフロアパネル下に配置され、
前記フロアパネルを補強するフロア補強部材が前記燃料電池ケースを補強する補強部材として兼用されていることを特徴としている。
前記シート用レールは前記燃料電池ケースを補強する補強部材として兼用されていることを特徴としている。
車両のフロアパネルが前記燃料電池ケースの一部を構成していることを特徴としている。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態としての車載型燃料電池の車両搭載構造を示す側面図、図2は、図1において各構成部品を分解して示した分解側面図である。図3は、図1に示す車載型燃料電池の車両搭載構造を車両の前方から見た正面図である。これらの図に示すように、燃料電池ケース10は車両のフロアパネル2の下に配置されている。燃料電池ケース10は、風呂桶型のロアケース10bと、ロアケース10bの蓋であるアッパケース10aとから構成されている。ロアケース10bとアッパケース10aとの間には、燃料電池ケース10の内部の気密性を確保するためにガスケット16が挟まれている。燃料電池ケース10内に収納された燃料電池(燃料電池スタック)14は、ロアケース10bの底にインシュレータを介して固定されている。

Claims (2)
- 車載型燃料電池の車両搭載構造であって、
車両のフロアパネル下に配置された、前記車載型燃料電池を収納するための燃料電池ケースと、
前記燃料電池ケースの搭載位置の前後に設けられて前記フロアパネルを補強する固定の補強部材と、
前記燃料電池ケースの対向する一対の側面と底面とを取り囲むコの字状の補強部材であって、両端を前記前後の固定補強部材に結合される着脱可能な補強部材と、
前記フロアパネルを挟んで前記着脱可能な補強部材に結合されるシート固定用のレールと、
を備えることを特徴とする車載型燃料電池の車両搭載構造。 - 前記フロアパネルが前記燃料電池ケースの上蓋を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載型燃料電池の車両搭載構造。
