Claims (8)
- コアに巻線してなるコイルアンテナにおいて、前記コアは、軟磁性体粉末と有機結合剤とを含んでなる絶縁性軟磁性体からなり、前記軟磁性体粉末は、鉄アルミ珪素合金、鉄ニッケル合金、鉄コバルト合金、鉄コバルトシリコン合金、鉄シリコンバナジウム合金、鉄コバルトボロン合金、コバルト系アモルファス合金、鉄系アモルファス合金、酸化物磁性粉末、カーボニル鉄、モリブデンパーマロイ、純鉄圧粉の軟磁性材料群から選ばれるいずれか1つ又はそれらの組み合わせからなり、前記有機結合剤は、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、セルロース系樹脂、ニトリル−ブタジエン系ゴム、スチレン−ブタジエン系ゴム、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、ポリイミド系樹脂の群から選ばれるいずれか1つ又はそれらの組み合わせを含んでなるコイルアンテナであって、
対向配置した2枚の平板状のコアの間に、2枚の帯状の基板を互いに平行に離間させて配置して貼り付けてコイルアンテナの構成要素となし、前記コイルアンテナの構成要素に対し、前記2枚の平板状のコアの両方を巻き込む向きであってしかも指向性が互いに直交する向きの、2方向の巻線をともに設けたことを特徴とするコイルアンテナ。 - 前記基板が巻線用の凹部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のコイルアンテナ。
- 前記有機結合剤には、有機系難燃剤であるハロゲン化物又はハロゲン化ポリマーが添加されたことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のコイルアンテナ。
- 前記軟磁性体粉末が、偏平状及び/又は針状の粉末であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のコイルアンテナ。
- 前記軟磁性体粉末は、導電性の粉末からなり、表面に酸化被膜を有するか、もしくは前記有機結合剤により絶縁コーティングされたことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のコイルアンテナ。
- 前記絶縁性軟磁性体は、前記軟磁性体粉末と前記有機結合剤とを含むと共に誘電体粉末を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のコイルアンテナ。
- 前記絶縁性軟磁性体は層状であり、絶縁性軟磁性体層と誘電体層とからなり、前記誘電体層は誘電体粉末と前記有機結合剤とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のコイルアンテナ。
- 前記コアが可撓性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のコイルアンテナ。
