Description
第1比較例に係る冷暖房設備は、ボイラーユニットを利用した暖房装置に、冷房機能を付加したものである。以下、図1を用いて暖房装置Bに冷房機能を付加した冷暖房設備Aについて詳しく説明する。
第2比較例に係る冷暖房設備について図2を用いて説明する。
第1実施形態に係る冷暖房設備について図3を用いて説明する。
第2実施形態に係る冷暖房設備について図4を用いて説明する。
なお、前述した実施形態では、放熱機器として、方式の異なる2種(送風タイプと輻射タイプ)の放熱機器を例示したが、同様の方式の放熱機器を複数利用するようにしても良い。また輻射タイプの放熱機器として熱輻射床パネルを例示したが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば床にかぎらず、壁、天井、屋根などに配管し該配管に前述の熱媒体を循環させる放熱機器など、前述した実施形態において例示した放熱機器以外のものであっても良い。

Claims (1)
- 循環用ポンプとボイラとを備えたボイラーユニットにて加熱した熱媒体を放熱機器に循環させる暖房装置における熱媒体循環経路中に、ボイラーユニットにて加熱した熱媒体又は地中での熱交換により冷却した熱媒体のいずれか一方を循環させる切替手段を設けると共に、地中での熱交換により熱媒体を冷却する地熱交換ユニットを前記切替手段に接続し、冷房時には前記地中での熱交換により冷却した熱媒体を前記切替手段を通して前記ボイラーユニットは停止状態のまま前記ボイラーユニット内のボイラを経由して前記放熱機器に循環させることを特徴とする冷暖房設備。
