Claims (9)
- 混合により反応して凝固体を形成する流動性成分による硬化性混合製品に使用される静止撹拌器で、射出モールド成形で製造される据置き部材(1)と、その据置き部材を包囲するチューブとを含み、据置き部材は複数の混合室(2)を有し、それら混合室は、チューブ軸線(10)に沿って互いに前後左右に並んで配列され、また前記混合室は、チューブの半径方向及びチューブ軸線の方向へ延びる半径長手壁(3b,3d)と、チューブ軸線の方向へ延びる長手壁(3a,3c)と、チューブ軸線を横断する方向へ延びる横断壁(4a,4b)とにより互いに画成されており、隣り合う混合室の間の前記半径長手壁と前記長手壁とに設けられた開口(5a,5c;5b,5d)が混合製品の入口及び出口を形成しており、またチューブ軸線の方向に延在する二つの平行な外側長手壁(6)が混合室の一対の第一の外側面(6a)を形成している前記静止撹拌器であって、少なくとも幾つかの混合室に関して、一つの横断壁(4b)と一つの第一の外側面(6a)との連結部のコーナーに、部分的に壁材料を盛られた第一のコーナー隅肉(7)が形成され、その第一のコーナー隅肉(7)が混合室の内部空間に対して第一の凹面(7a)を形成し、その第一の凹面の横断面形状が、凹状に湾曲して、前記一つの第一の外側面(6a)と前記一つの横断壁(4b)とに連結されていることを特徴とする静止撹拌器。
- 混合室(2)の各々が一対の前記第一の外側面(6a)の間に第二の外側面(6b)を有し、第二の外側面(6b)は部分的に開放されていて前記チューブによって境界されており、一つの横断壁(4a)と第二の外側面(6b)とがそれぞれ少なくとも幾つかの混合室に関して入口側にコーナーを含み、その入口側コーナーに壁材料を部分的に盛られた第二のコーナー隅肉(8)が形成され、その第二のコーナー隅肉(8)が混合室の内部空間に対して第二の凹面(8a)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された静止撹拌器。
- 第一の凹面(7a)が境界線(7b)にて横断壁(4b)の平面部分(4b’)に合流し、この境界線は横断壁の中央ストリップに位置されており、このストリップは横断壁の中央の1/3を占めていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された静止撹拌器。
- 第一及び第二の凹面(7a,8a)のそれぞれは円筒形の部分であり、円筒形の軸線はチューブ軸線(10)に直角に延びる平面内に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された静止撹拌器。
- 第一及び第二の凹面(7a,8a)のそれぞれは、一つの横断壁の平面部分と、前記第一及び第二の外側面(6a,6b)のうちの一方の平面とに滑らかに合流していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された静止撹拌器。
- 前記第二の外側面(6b)が、一つの横断壁(4a)上で境界を形成している入口(5a)の開口面積と同じ大きさの面積領域において第二のコーナー隅肉(8)で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された静止撹拌器。
- 第一及び第二のコーナー隅肉(7,8)が少なくとも部分的に異なる寸法であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された静止撹拌器。
- チューブの横断面と据置き部材(1)の横断面が四角形または円形であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された静止撹拌器。
- 混合により反応して凝固体を形成する流動成分でなる硬化性混合製品を撹拌するための請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された静止撹拌器の使用法であって、ほぼ一定に維持されるか、サイクルにおいて変化する、すなわち撹拌器の据置き部材(1)に沿って圧力が低下する押出圧力で連続的に、または半連続的に撹拌が行われ、混合製品の排出量が顕著に少なくなったとき、または押出圧力の増大が必要となったときに直ちに撹拌を中断して撹拌器を交換する静止撹拌器の使用法。
