Description
Claims (6)
- 舗装すべき表面上にアスファルトマットを堆積させる方法であって、
a)走査手段が前記舗装すべき表面の地形的なプロファイルを取得して格納するよう該舗装すべき表面上で第1の通過を行い、
b)前記舗装すべき表面の前記地形的なプロファイルの開始点に舗装マシンを正確に位置決めし、
c)前記舗装マシンのホッパ内にアスファルトを充填し、
d)前記舗装マシンのアスファルト分配チャンバ内にアスファルトを流入させて該アスファルト分配チャンバ内を該アスファルトで一杯にし、該アスファルト分配チャンバが、アスファルトマットの幅及び最大の所望の厚さに等しい幅及び高さを有するものであり、
e)複数のリストリクタプレートと複数の構成要素からなる可変スクリードとを前記分配チャンバの出口の正面に位置決めして、該分配チャンバから出る前記アスファルトマットのアスファルト材料の流量を制御し、前記可変スクリードが前記アスファルトマットからアスファルト材料をそぎ取る際に前記リストリクタプレートが該アスファルトマットの密度および均一の形状を維持し、
f)前記舗装すべき表面の前記地形的なプロファイルを使用して、前記分配チャンバから出る前記アスファルトマットのアスファルト材料の流量を変動させることにより、前記アスファルトマットの幅方向に沿って並びに該アスファルトマットに沿った長さ方向に変動する厚さの前記アスファルトマットを堆積させる、
という各ステップを含む、アスファルトマットの堆積方法。 - 前記可変スクリードの個々の構成要素が、前記分配チャンバの口に対して移動されて、該分配チャンバから出る前記アスファルトの前記流量を制御する、請求項1に記載のアスファルトマットの堆積方法。
- 前記可変スクリードの前記個々の構成要素の動きが、複数の複動式単一ピストン型油圧シリンダにより制御される、請求項2に記載のアスファルトマットの堆積方法。
- 前記走査手段がGPS(Global Positioning System)を利用する、請求項1に記載のアスファルトマットの堆積方法。
- 前記可変スクリードの前記個々の構成要素が前記リストリクタプレートの個々の構成要素とほぼ等しい幅を有している、請求項1に記載のアスファルトマットの堆積方法。
- 前記リストリクタプレートの各々が、前記可変スクリードの前記個々の構成要素のうちの対応するものに関連して前後にスライドするよう駆動され、これにより前記リストリクタプレートが、前記アスファルトマットの所与の部分内に深く食い込む前記可変スクリードの個々の構成要素の周囲の材料の均一の形状及び密度を維持する、請求項1に記載のアスファルトマットの堆積方法。
