Claims (14)
- 微細構造を有する担持部(32)の表面に撥インキ層(30)を有する被印刷体接触部材において、
前記担持部(32)は、チタン、ジルコニウム、モリブデン、ニッケル、胴、アルミニウム、クロム、鉄、銀、および金の群のうちの少なくとも1つの物質を有し、かつ表面が自然に酸化された金属であり、
前記撥インキ層(30)は、極性領域が酸の特性を有する両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体の自己集合単分子膜からなるナノ構造として形成されている層であり、
前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体が、ヒドロキサム酸誘導体及びホスホン酸誘導体の少なくとも1つであり、
前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体における極性領域と結合する基が、脂肪族基または芳香族基であり、かつ炭素数が12個以上、25個以下である炭素鎖を有し、
前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体は、フッ素(F)、臭素(Br)、塩素(Cl)、ヒドロキシル、ベンジル、フェニルの群のうちの置換基を備えており、かつ前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体は、疎油性または撥水性による撥インキ性であるように、その無極性領域において置換されている
ことを特徴とする被印刷体接触部材。 - 前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体が、n−ヘプタデカンヒドロキサム酸{CH 3 −(CH 2 ) 16 −C(O)−NH−OH}および/またはn−オクタデカンホスホン酸{CH 3 −(CH 2 ) 17 −P(O)−(OH) 2 }である請求項1に記載の被印刷体接触部材。
- 前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体は無極性領域においてフッ素化されている、請求項1または2に記載の被印刷体接触部材。
- 前記被印刷体接触部材は、裏面印刷圧胴(28)、または裏面印刷圧胴(28)の表面の一部である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の被印刷体接触部材。
- 被印刷体処理機械(20)、特に印刷機において、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの被印刷体接触部材を有することを特徴とする被印刷体処理機械。 - 被印刷体接触部材の、微細構造を有する担持部(32)の表面にナノ構造として形成されている層を形成する方法において、
極性領域が酸の特性を有する両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体を含む水溶液またはアルコール溶液を用いて前記表面を処理することによって、前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体を該表面に塗布(14)し、前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体の自己集合単分子膜からなるナノ構造の層を形成することを含み、
前記担持部(32)は、チタン、ジルコニウム、モリブデン、ニッケル、胴、アルミニウム、クロム、鉄、銀、および金の群のうちの少なくとも1つの物質を有し、かつ表面が自然に酸化された金属であり、
前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体が、ヒドロキサム酸誘導体及びホスホン酸誘導体の少なくとも1つであり、
前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体における極性領域と結合する基が、脂肪族基または芳香族基であり、かつ炭素数が12個以上、25個以下である炭素鎖を有し、
前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体は、フッ素(F)、臭素(Br)、塩素(Cl)、ヒドロキシル、ベンジル、フェニルの群のうちの置換基を備えており、かつ前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体は、疎油性または撥水性による撥インキ性であるように、その無極性領域において置換されている
ことを特徴とする、被印刷体接触部材の、微細構造を有する担持部の表面にナノ構造として形成されている層を形成する方法。 - 前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体が、n−ヘプタデカンヒドロキサム酸{CH 3 −(CH 2 ) 16 −C(O)−NH−OH}および/またはn−オクタデカンホスホン酸{CH 3 −(CH 2 ) 17 −P(O)−(OH) 2 }である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体は無極性領域においてフッ素化されている、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体を含む水溶液またはアルコール溶液を用いて処理された表面を、該表面に付着していない両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体を溶解可能な有機溶剤を用いて清掃(16)することを含む、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体を含む水溶液またはアルコール溶液を用いて処理された表面を、無水の処理ガスを用いて乾燥(18)させることを含む、請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体を含む水溶液またはアルコール溶液を用いて前記表面を処理する前の表面を、有機溶剤で湿らせることによって事前清掃(10)することを含む、請求項6から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記両親媒性有機化合物の誘導体を含む水溶液またはアルコール溶液を用いて前記表面を処理する前の表面を、照射によって調整(12)することを含む、請求項6から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 被印刷体処理機械(20)内で実施する、請求項6から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記被印刷体接触部材の撥インキ性が十分であるかどうかを検査(110)すること、および、検査結果に応じて層形成を行うことを含む、請求項6から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
