Description
Claims (20)
- 硫黄含有炭化水素供給物の供給源から脱硫された炭化水素供給物を提供する方法であって、
前記供給源からの硫黄含有炭化水素供給物を水素脱硫装置に直接、かつ水素に富む改質物を生成する小型水素生成装置に直接、提供し、
この水素に富む改質物を前記供給源からの前記硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と共に水素脱硫装置に提供する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記小型水素生成装置は、
水素に富む改質物を前記供給源からの硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と加湿された空気とから生成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 硫黄含有炭化水素供給物の供給源から脱硫された炭化水素供給物を提供するための装置であって、
前記供給源に直接接続されかつ水素に富む改質物を前記供給源からの硫黄含有炭化水素供給物から生成するための小型水素生成装置を備える手段と、
水素脱硫装置と、
水素に富む改質物を前記供給源からの硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と共に水素脱硫装置に供給する手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 硫黄含有炭化水素供給物の供給源と、
硫黄含有炭化水素供給物をこの供給源から直接受け取り、水素に富む改質物を提供する小型水素生成装置と、
硫黄含有炭化水素供給物を前記供給源から受け取りかつ前記水素に富む改質物を小型水素生成装置から受け取る水素脱硫装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする、硫黄含有炭化水素供給物を脱硫するためのシステム。 - 前記システムは、加湿された空気の供給源をさらに備えており、
前記小型水素生成装置は、加湿された空気をその対応する供給源から受け取って、前記水素に富む改質物を前記硫黄含有炭化水素供給物とこの空気とから生成することを特徴とする請求項4記載のシステム。 - 前記小型水素生成装置は、小型CPO(触媒部分酸化器)であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記小型水素生成装置は、小型POX(非触媒部分酸化器)であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記小型水素生成装置は、小型ATR(自熱式改質器)であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のシステム。
- 硫黄含有炭化水素供給物から水素に富む改質物を生成するためのシステムであって、
硫黄含有炭化水素供給物の供給源と、
水の供給源と、
硫黄含有炭化水素供給物を前記供給源から受け取って、水素に富む改質物を生成する小型水素生成装置と、
硫黄含有炭化水素供給物を前記供給源から、水素に富む改質物を小型水素生成装置から受け取り、脱硫された炭化水素供給物を提供する水素脱硫装置と、
脱硫された炭化水素供給物と加湿された空気とを受け取りかつ水素に富む改質物を生成する主改質器と、この水素に富む改質物と水とを受け取りかつ結果として得られる気体を選択的CO酸化器内へ供給する水性ガスシフト反応器とを備えており、燃料として使用するための水素に富む改質物を生成するための燃料処理装置と、
を備えており、それによって、燃料処理装置の出力から再循環される水素ガスが、脱硫装置に必要とされず、それによって、(a)高価で、電力を消費する水素送風機の必要を排除しかつ(b)水素脱硫装置内へ供給される水蒸気を低減することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記システムは、加湿された空気の供給源をさらに備えており、
前記小型水素生成装置は、加湿された空気をその対応する供給源から受け取って、前記水素に富む改質物を前記硫黄含有炭化水素供給物とこの空気とから生成することを特徴とする請求項9記載のシステム。 - 前記小型水素生成装置は、小型CPO(触媒部分酸化器)であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のシステム。
- 前記小型水素生成装置は、小型POX(非触媒部分酸化器)であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のシステム。
- 前記小型水素生成装置は、小型ATR(自熱式改質器)であることを特徴とする請求項9記載のシステム。
- 硫黄含有炭化水素供給物の供給源から脱硫された炭化水素供給物を提供する方法であって、
小型CPO(触媒部分酸化器)内で水素に富む改質物を前記供給源からの硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と空気とから生成し、
この水素に富む改質物を前記供給源からの硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と共に水素脱硫装置に供給する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記の生成することは、
水素に富む改質物を前記供給源からの硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と加湿された空気とから生成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。 - 硫黄含有炭化水素供給物の供給源から脱硫された炭化水素供給物を提供するための装置であって、
水素脱硫装置と、
水素に富む改質物を前記供給源からの硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と加湿された空気とから生成するための小型CPO(触媒部分酸化器)を備える手段と、
この水素に富む改質物を前記供給源からの硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と共に水素脱硫装置に供給する手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 硫黄含有炭化水素供給物を脱硫するためのシステムであって、
硫黄含有炭化水素供給物の供給源と、
空気の供給源と、
水素脱硫装置と、
硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と加湿された空気とを前記各供給源から受け取り、水素に富む改質物を提供する小型CPO(触媒部分酸化器)と、
を備えており、
前記水素脱硫装置は、硫黄含有炭化水素供給物を前記供給源から受け取りかつ前記水素に富む改質物を小型CPOから受け取る、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記空気の供給源は、加湿された空気の供給源であることを特徴とする請求項17記載のシステム。
- 硫黄含有炭化水素供給物から水素に富む改質物を生成するためのシステムであって、
硫黄含有炭化水素供給物の供給源と、
空気の供給源と、
水の供給源と、
水素脱硫装置と、
硫黄含有炭化水素供給物と加湿された空気とを前記各供給源から受け取って、水素に富む改質物を生成する小型CPO(触媒部分酸化器)と、
を備えており、
前記水素脱硫装置は、硫黄含有炭化水素供給物を前記供給源から、水素に富む改質物を小型CPOから受け取り、脱硫された炭化水素供給物を提供し、
さらにシステムは、
脱硫された炭化水素供給物と加湿された空気とを受け取りかつ水素に富む改質物を生成する主改質器と、この水素に富む改質物と水とを受け取りかつ結果として得られる気体を選択的CO酸化器内へ供給する水性ガスシフト反応器とを備えており、燃料として使用するための水素に富む改質物を生成するための燃料処理装置、
を備えており、それによって、燃料処理装置の出力から再循環される水素ガスが、脱硫装置に必要とされず、それによって、(a)高価で、電力を消費する水素送風機の必要を排除しかつ(b)水素脱硫装置内へ供給される水蒸気を低減することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記空気の供給源は、加湿された空気の供給源であることを特徴とする請求項19記載のシステム。
