Description
Claims (2)
- マイクロシリンジのシリンダボディを保持するシリンダボディ保持部材と、該シリンダボディ保持部材の一側から延設されたガイド部材と、該ガイド部材に沿って移動可能に設けられたキャリッジと、前記ガイド部材に平行に配置された送りねじと、該送りねじを回転駆動するモータとを備え、前記シリンダボディ保持部材に保持したマイクロシリンジのプランジャを前記キャリッジに保持し、前記送りねじを回転させて前記キャリッジを前記ガイド部材に沿って直線移動させることにより、前記プランジャを押動してマイクロシリンジ内の液体を送出するシリンジポンプにおいて、前記キャリッジは、キャリッジ本体と、該キャリッジ本体に設けたガイド孔と、前記プランジャの摘み部を保持するプランジャ摘み部保持部と、前記キャリッジ本体から前記送りねじの方向に突設されて、前記送りねじに係合する係合部と、前記キャリッジのシリンダボディ保持部材側の基端面に前記摘み部を保持するための摘み保持部材とを備え、前記ガイド孔に前記ガイド部材を挿通することによって前記ガイド部材に案内されて前記キャリッジが直線移動可能に設けられ、前記摘み保持部材は、キャリッジ本体のシリンダボディ保持部材側及び該シリンダボディ保持部材側とは反対側で、それぞれ前記ガイド部材に軸方向に移動可能、かつ、周方向に回動可能に設けられた回動腕と、両回動腕の回動端部間を連結する連結部材と、該摘み保持部材をキャリッジ本体に対してシリンダボディ保持部材側とは反対方向に付勢する付勢手段とを備え、前記シリンダボディ保持部材側の回動腕には、該回動腕が前記ガイド部材の周方向に回動した際に前記プランジャが挿通可能な切欠部と、前記摘み部を保持した状態で該摘み保持部材の回動を規制する規制部とが設けられ、前記付勢手段によってシリンダボディ保持部材側とは反対方向に付勢されるシリンダボディ保持部材側の回動腕のキャリッジ本体側の面とキャリッジ本体のシリンダボディ保持部材側の面との間に前記摘み部を挟持する位置に摘み保持部材を回動させたときに、前記プランジャが前記切欠部を挿通した状態となり、前記規制部によって摘み保持部材の回動が規制された状態になり、前記係合部は、3個以上のローラを収容するローラ収容部を有するケース部の両壁に前記送りネジを挿通する送りねじ挿通孔が設けられ、該送りねじ挿通孔は、前記送りねじの外径より大きな内径を有し、前記ケース部の両壁に設けられた前記送りねじ挿通孔の周囲に、前記送りねじの軸線に対して放射方向に長いローラ軸挿通孔が各ローラに対応して3箇所以上設けられ、それぞれのローラ軸挿通孔にローラ軸が挿通された各ローラを前記送りねじに対して放射方向に移動可能かつ軸方向への移動を規制した状態で回動可能に保持するとともに、前記送りねじの周囲に前記複数のローラのローラ軸の各軸線を前記送りねじの軸線と平行に向けて配置し、前記ケース部の両端からそれぞれ突出する各ローラ軸を前記送りねじの周面方向に付勢する付勢手段を備え、前記送りネジとそれぞれ歯合する前記各ローラの周面に、前記送りねじのねじピッチと等しいピッチの平行溝が設けていることを特徴とするシリンジポンプ。
- 前記ローラは、前記送りねじの周方向に等間隔に3個設けられ、前記ねじピッチの1/3ピッチずつ軸線方向にずらした状態で前記ケース部内に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシリンジポンプ。
