Claims (2)
- 排ガスダクトに配設された排ガス中のNOxを除去する脱硝装置と、
前記脱硝装置の入口部にアンモニアを注入するアンモニア注入装置と、
前記脱硝装置の入口NOx濃度を測定する脱硝装置入口ガス分析計と、
前記脱硝装置の出口NOx濃度を測定する脱硝装置出口ガス分析計と、
排ガスを大気放出する煙突の入口部のNOx濃度を測定する煙突入口ガス分析計と、
前記煙突入口ガス分析計の校正、点検時に信号を出力する校正点検スイッチと、アンモニア注入量及び警報の出力を制御する制御装置とを具備する排煙脱硝設備であって、
前記脱硝装置入口ガス分析計、前記脱硝装置出口ガス分析計、及び前記煙突入口ガス分析計のNOx濃度測定値に基づきアンモニア注入量を制御し、前記煙突入口部のNOx濃度が運転管理値を超えたときは警報を出力し、前記煙突入口ガス分析計の校正、点検時は、前記脱硝装置入口ガス分析計、及び前記脱硝装置出口ガス分析計のNOx濃度測定値に基づきアンモニア注入量を制御し、前記煙突入口部のNOx濃度が、予め定める時間継続して運転管理値を超えたときは警報を出力するように制御することを特徴とする排煙脱硝設備。 - 排ガス中のNOxを除去する脱硝装置の入口NOx濃度、前記脱硝装置の出口NOx濃度、及び煙突入口部のNOx濃度を測定し、この3点のNOx濃度測定値に基づき前記脱硝装置へのアンモニア注入量を制御し、前記煙突入口部のNOx濃度が運転管理値を超えたときは警報を出力し、
前記煙突入口部のNOx濃度を測定する煙突入口ガス分析計の校正、点検時は、前記脱硝装置の入口NOx濃度測定値、及び前記脱硝装置の出口NOx濃度測定値に基づき前記脱硝装置へのアンモニア注入量を制御し、前記煙突入口部のNOx濃度が、予め定める時間継続して運転管理値を超えたときは警報を出力するように制御することを特徴とする排煙脱硝設備の制御方法。
