Description
本明細書の“フィルム”は、物を包装するために使用できるフィルム、積層物、シート、ウエブ、被覆などを意味する。
本発明の一つの面では、物品は、酸素スカベンジャーと、プロピレンモノマー由来のポリマー、アクリル酸メチルモノマー由来のポリマー、アクリル酸ブチル由来のポリマー、メタクリル酸モノマー由来のポリマー、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール(PETG)、無定形ナイロン、イオノマー、及びポリテルペンを含有するポリマー混合物からなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む。
図1〜5は、本発明のフィルムの種々の実施態様の模式的断面図であるが、その図面に基づき、本発明を更に理解できよう。
図6〜11は、本発明と比較例の種々のフィルムの場合の時間に対するアセトアルデヒド濃度をグラフで示す。
本発明を用いて、種々の物品、化合物、物質の組成物、被覆などを製造できる。3種の好適な型は、密封用コンパウンド(混合物)もしくはガスケット;酸素捕捉ラッカー上のポリマー性機能性バリア被覆;及び柔軟性フィルム;であり、全ては食品と非食品物の包装に有用である。

Claims (2)
- 酸素捕捉剤と、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール(PETG)及び無定形ナイロンからなる群から選択されるポリマーとを含むガスケット形態の物品。
- 酸素捕捉剤が、
i)酸化性化合物と遷移金属触媒、
ii)エチレン性不飽和炭化水素と遷移金属触媒、
iii)アスコルビン酸塩、
iv)イソアスコルビン酸塩、
v)亜硫酸塩、
vi)遷移金属の単純な金属もしくは塩又は化合物、錯体もしくはキレートを含む遷移金属触媒とアスコルビン酸塩、
vii)ポリカルボン酸、サリチル酸又はポリアミンの遷移金属錯体又はキレート、
viii)UVスペクトルに吸収を有する還元型のキノン類、光還元性染料又はカルボニル化合物、及び
ix)タンニン
からなる群から選択される物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の物品。
