Claims (29)
- ケーブル(19)用の差込パイプ部(4)と、造り付けられかつ開口部(6)を有する板状接続部(5)と、前記板状接続部(5)に外れないようにかつ回転可能に保持された機能部品(3)とを備え、前記機能部品(3)が、自己に形成された切削部(9)内に突き出すように変形した板状接続部(5)の固定材料部(16)を介して保持され、前記固定材料部(16)が前記板状接続部(5)の変形していない周りの部分に向けて段状に下がっていく部分(17,18)に基部を有し、変形していない前記板状接続部(5)の軸方向の厚み以下の軸方向の厚みを有する前記切削部(9)が形成されたケーブル取付器(1)において、
変形により形成された前記段状に下がっていく部分(17,18)が、回転対称でありかつ少なくとも円錐面(18)を有する円錐部分を有し、外側に位置する前記円錐面(18)は軸を含む断面において垂直(V)に対して外側に鋭角(β)をなすことを特徴とするケーブル取付器。 - 前記固定材料部(16)が、径方向の間隙をもって前記切削部(9)内に収容されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記円錐面が、前記固定材料部(16)の前記機能部品に対向する面に直接推移することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記固定材料部(16)が、回転対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記円錐部分の円錐面が、回転対称になっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項3に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記円錐部分(17,18)における内側の面(17)が、軸を含む断面において水平(H)に対して上方に鋭角(α)をなすことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項3に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記切削部(9)が、前記機能部品(3)のネジ山(7)の外に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記切削部(9)を形成する部分の内側の面が、円筒面(10)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記切削部(9)を形成する部分の内側の面の前記円筒面(10)が、前記機能部品(3)のネジ山(7)の基部に移っていくことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記切削部(9)の上下の境界面(12、11)が、押下された状態で、側方側の射影において、前記板状接続部(5)との重なりを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記切削部(9)の下方の前記境界面(11)が、垂直方向の射影において関係する段状の面の面積の半分より多くにわたって、広がっていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記切削部(9)の上方の境界面(12)が、段状の面(17)の一部であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記開口部(6)が、前記押下前に設けられた開口部段差(25)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記開口部段差(25)が、前記開口部(6)の下方の前記機能部品に対向して離れた部分に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記開口部段差(25)が、前記開口部の内側に突き出ていることを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記開口部段差(25)の径方向の距離(r)が、前記切削部(9)の径方向の距離(T)に適合することを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれかに記載のケーブル取付器。
- 前記開口部段差(25)が、押下された状態において、前記機能部品の下部の外側方向に寸法が適合することを特徴とする請求項13〜16のいずれかに記載のケーブル取付器。
- ナット(2)であって、そのネジ込み方向である片側において軸について回転対称に形成された切削部(9)を備え、該切削部(9)の形状は、該軸を含む断面において上方及び下方の境界面(12,11)を有して半径方向に開口しており、該上方の境界面(12)は該ナット(2)の片側に形成された軸について回転対称な段状の面(12,13)の一部であり、かつ、前記回転対称な段状の面(12,13)における外側に位置する面(13)は、該軸を含む断面において垂直(V)に対して外側に鋭角(β)をなすことを特徴とするナット。
- 前記回転対称な段状の面(12,13)における内側に位置する面(12)は、該軸を含む断面において水平(H)に対して上方に鋭角(α)をなすことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のナット。
- 前記切削部(9)が、側面において、前記ナットのネジ山(7)に重ならないことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のナット。
- 前記ナットが、上部に、前記ナットの軸方向への全射影面積に対して小さい面積の押圧面(24)を有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のナット。
- 前記押圧面(24)が平面状であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のナット。
- 前記段状の面(12、13)の端部が、前記切削部(9)の径方向距離と適合する距離で、前記切削部の径方向外側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のナット。
- 前記ナットが、挿入樹脂部材を有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のナット。
- 前記挿入樹脂部材(8)が、押圧面(24)によって部分的に覆われることを特徴とする請求項24に記載のナット。
- 前記段状の面(13)が、水平面(14)に移っていくことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のナット。
- 前記水平面(14)が、円形の外形を有することを特徴とする請求項26に記載のナット。
- 前記水平面(14)の径方向外側の部分が、前記ナットのヘッドに対して径方向に離れる加圧フランジ(26)の一部であることを特徴とする請求項26に記載のナット。
- 前記切削部(9)は、前記加圧フランジ(26)によって縮小された前記ヘッドの垂直方向の投影面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項28に記載のナット。
