Claims (5)
- 全体として筒状をなし、仕切壁を介して下方空間と上方空間に別れており、上方空間の外壁には、上方空間を外部に連通させる通気管が取付けられており、前記仕切壁には開口部が設けられており、その下面に弁座が形成されており、下方空間の外壁には、下方空間を外部に連通させる連通孔が形成されているハウジングと、
該ハウジングの下方空間に上下摺動可能に配置され、上面中央に、中央が最も高く、周辺が次第に低くなった突起部が設けられており、前記ハウジングの連通孔を通して流入する液体によって浮上するように構成されたフロートと、
該フロートの上部に、該フロートに対して揺動自在に支持され、下面には前記フロートの突起部が当接する受け部が設けられた可動弁とを備えており、
前記受け部は、前記可動弁の下面側に突出する環状の突部と、その中心に形成された中心穴と、その中心穴から外周に向かうほど次第に浅くなる案内凹部とを有し、
前記フロートが所定高さまで浮上したとき、前記フロートの突起部の頂部が前記可動弁に当接することなく、前記中心穴の内周に前記フロートの突起部の頂部周辺が当接し、前記可動弁が前記弁座に当接して前記開口部が閉塞されるように構成されていることを特徴とするフロート弁装置。 - 前記受け部の環状の突部よりも、前記フロートの突起部の周辺の方が、大きく形成されている請求項1記載のフロート弁装置。
- 前記可動弁の受け部の周囲には、肉抜き凹部が形成されている請求項1又は2記載のフロート弁装置。
- 前記可動弁の受け部が形成された板部の上に、リブを介して該板部と略平行な、シール面を構成する上板部が設けられている請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のフロート弁装置。
- 前記リブには、周方向の所定箇所に抜き孔が設けられている請求項4記載のフロート弁装置。
