Claims (9)
- ロータシャフト(18)と、
前記ロータシャフトに結合され、第1のプラットフォーム(44)と前記プラットフォームから半径方向内向きに延びかつシールピンスロット(202)を備えた側壁(54)を有する第1のシャンク(46)とを含む第1のブレード(40)と、
第2のプラットフォームと前記第2のプラットフォームから半径方向内向きに延びる第2のシャンクとを含み、前記第1及び第2のプラットフォーム間に間隙(97)が形成されまた前記第1及び第2のシャンク間にシャンク空洞(98)が形成されるように、前記第1のブレードに隣接して前記ロータシャフトに結合された第2のブレードと、
前記シールピンスロット内に挿入され、第1の端部(400)と第2の端部(402)とそれらの端部間で延びる円筒形本体(404)とを含み、前記第1の端部及び第2の端部の少なくとも1つが前記本体の断面積よりも小さい断面積を有するシールピン(58)と、
を含み、
前記第1及び第2の端部の少なくとも1つは、前記本体の外周面(405)からテーパする半径部分(430)を有し、
前記第1の端部及び第2の端部の少なくとも1つが、平坦面(412、418、422、426)を含み、
前記本体が、面取り部分(405)を備え、
前記半径部分(430)及び前記面取り部分が前記平坦面及び前記本体の外周面(405)間でテーパ状になっていることを特徴とする、ガスタービンエンジンロータ組立体。 - 前記シールピンスロットが、前記プラットフォームに隣接して形成され、前記ロータの長手方向軸線(30)に平行に延びる、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンロータ組立体。
- 前記シールピンが、前記ロータブレード間を円周方向にシールするのを可能にする、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンロータ組立体。
- 前記第1の端部及び第2の端部が各々、平坦面を含む、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンロータ組立体。
- 前記第1の端部及び第2の端部の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも2つの平坦面を含む、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンロータ組立体。
- 前記第1の端部及び第2の端部の少なくとも1つが、互いに平行な少なくとも一対の平坦面を含む、請求項5記載のガスタービンロータエンジン組立体。
- 前記第1の平坦面が、前記第2の端部に向かって軸方向に第1の距離(414)だけ延び、前記第2の平坦面が、前記第2の端部に向かって軸方向に第2の距離(420)だけ延び、前記第1の距離が前記第2の距離とは異なっている、請求項6記載のガスタービンエンジンロータ組立体。
- 前記第1の端部及び第2の端部が各々、少なくとも2つの平坦面を含む、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンロータ組立体。
- 前記半径部分及び前記面取り部分が、前記シールピン(58)が前記シールピンスロットの側壁(210、212)に摺動不能な状態で係合することを防止する、請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジンロータ組立体。
