Claims (5)
- 内燃機関(96)のクランクシャフト(97)に相対回動不能に結合されたプレッシャプレート(95a)と、圧着プレート(95b)との間で皿ばね(95c)の作用に抗して応力がかけられる、伝動装置の伝動装置入力軸(98)に相対回動不能に結合されたクラッチディスク(95d)を備えた摩擦クラッチ(95)を操作するための、自動車に設けられたハイドロリックシステム(1)であって、スレーブシリンダ(93)が、レリーズ機構(94)によって皿ばね(95c)を軸方向に負荷するようになっていて、これによって、摩擦クラッチ(95)を遮断しかつ接続するようになっており、ハウジング(92a)を備えた、運転者によって操作されるかまたはアクチュエータによって自動化されて操作されるマスタシリンダ(92)が、スレーブシリンダ(93)を負荷するようになっている形式のものにおいて、当該ハイドロリックシステム(1)に少なくとも二段のばね装置が設けられており、該ばね装置において、第1の段(103)が、マスタシリンダ(92)のピストン(107)の休止位置からの移動ストロークの部分範囲の移動後にピストン(107)に作用するように、マスタシリンダ(92)の圧力室(106)内に配置されていて、皿ばね(95c)の、レリーズストロークにわたって低下するばね力経過を少なくとも部分的に補償するようになっており、第2の段(104)が、マスタシリンダ(92)をその休止位置に摩擦クラッチ(95)の接続時に戻すようになっており、前記第1の段と前記第2の段とが、少なくとも1つのエネルギ蓄え器(108)によって形成されるようになっており、該エネルギ蓄え器(108)が、マスタシリンダ(92)の圧力室(106)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、ハイドロリックシステム。
- 第1の段のばね定数が、第2の段のばね定数よりも大きく設定されている、請求項1記載のハイドロリックシステム。
- エネルギ蓄え器(108)の少なくとも1つがコイルばね(110)である、請求項1または2記載のハイドロリックシステム。
- コイルばね(110)が、異なる直径を備えた少なくとも2つの部分範囲(111,112,113)を有している、請求項3記載のハイドロリックシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの部分範囲(111,113)が、ハウジング(92a)もしくはピストン(107a)におけるコイルばね(110)のセンタリング補助手段として働くようになっている、請求項4記載のハイドロリックシステム。
