Claims (4)
- ケーシング(50)を含むガスタービンエンジン(10)用の可変ベーン組立体(44)であって、
半径方向内側スピンドル(70)と半径方向外側スピンドル(54)とを備えた可変ベーン(52)を含み、
前記半径方向内側及び半径方向外側スピンドルが、前記ベーンをガスタービンエンジン内部に回転可能に結合するように構成され、前記半径方向内側スピンドルが、少なくとも1つの機械加工面(86)を含むその中に形成された少なくとも1つの溝(80)を含み、
該可変ベーン組立体(44)がさらに、前記溝の少なくとも1つの機械加工面(86)に係合して前記可変ベーンをガスタービンエンジン内部にしっかりと結合するためのリテーナ(180)を含み、
前記リテーナが、前記可変ベーン(52)の少なくとも2つの対向する側面に接触するように構成されており、
前記可変ベーン組立体(44)は、前記半径方向内側スピンドルの少なくとも一部分の周りで円周方向に延びるブッシュ(120)をさらに含み、
前記ブッシュが、本体(122)と前記本体から延びかつ前記可変ベーンに対する該ブッシュの回転を防止するための基部(130)とを含み、
前記リテーナ(180)が、リテーナベース(190)と該リテーナベースからほぼ垂直方向外向きに延びる一対の平行なアーム(188)とを備え、
前記リテーナ(180)の少なくとも一部分が、前記ブッシュ(120)の一部分を貫通して延びており、
前記アームが、前記ブッシュに設けられた一対のスロット(140)を貫通して延びて前記溝の機械加工面(86)に係合する
ことを特徴とする、可変ベーン組立体(44)。
- 前記ブッシュ基部(130)が、前記ブッシュ本体(122)の断面輪郭とは異なる断面輪郭を有する、請求項1記載の可変ベーン組立体(44)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝(80)が、一対の対向する機械加工面(86)を含み、各前記アームが、前記対向する機械加工面のそれぞれの面に係合するように構成されて、前記ベーンスピンドルが、前記一対の対向するアーム間に保持されるようになっている、請求項1又は2記載の可変ベーン組立体(44)。
- ロータシャフト(24)と複数の列のロータブレード(40)とを含むロータ(30)と、
前記ロータブレードを囲むケーシング(50)と、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の可変ベーン組立体(44)と、
