Claims (9)
- 固体反応物を収容し、内部で水素を発生させる反応器と、
前記固体反応物との接触により水素を発生させる促進剤水溶液を収容する溶液貯蔵器と、
前記反応器と前記溶液貯蔵器とを連絡し、前記反応器からの水素を前記溶液貯蔵器に送出する、前記溶液貯蔵器側の端部が前記促進剤水溶液に接触する循環路と、
前記溶液貯蔵器と前記反応器とを連絡し、前記溶液貯蔵器からの前記促進剤水溶液を前記反応器に送出する水溶液流路と、
前記溶液貯蔵器に設けられ、前記溶液貯蔵器に送出された水素を排出する排出路とを備え、
前記固体反応物と前記促進剤水溶液のいずれかが錯体水素化物を含むことを特徴とする水素発生装置。 - 水素の発生による前記反応器内の加圧に応じた圧力変動により前記水溶液流路の促進剤水溶液の流通と前記排出路の水素の流通を制御すると共に、水素を前記循環路に流通させて反応生成物を促進剤水溶液に接触させる制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記水溶液流路の途中に設けられ、所定の圧力を下回った際に前記水溶液流路を開状態にする圧力制御弁であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素発生装置。
- 促進剤水溶液を一時貯留する貯留部を前記圧力制御弁の上流における前記水溶液流路に備えたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水素発生装置。
- 促進剤水溶液の前記貯留部側への流通だけを許容する逆止弁を前記貯留部の上流側における前記水溶液流路に設けたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記圧力制御弁の設定圧力は、前記溶液貯蔵器の内圧を基準として開弁圧が設定されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記循環路の前記溶液貯蔵器への開口端が促進剤水溶液の中に配されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記溶液貯蔵器の内部に前記反応器が配され、前記反応器は体積可変部材からなることを特徴とする請求項2〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の水素発生装置。
- 燃料電池の燃料極に接続される請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の水素発生装置の排出路を備え、水素が前記負極室に供給されることを特徴とする燃料電池設備。
