Claims (9)
- 電気機械用の内部ステータ用の液体冷却装置であって、
略C字形状横断面を有するチャネルが形成された熱蓄積要素と、
前記熱蓄積要素の前記チャネルに挿入可能に形状構成され且つ寸法づけられた冷却管と、を備え
前記冷却管は、一旦、前記チャネルに挿入されると、前記チャネルの前記略C字形状横断面に合致するように変形され、
前記熱蓄積要素に蓄積された熱は前記冷却管によって除去可能であり、
前記熱蓄積要素は、熱蓄積材料で作られ、かつ前記電気機械の中空円筒状ステータの内径よりも僅かに小さい外径を有する略中空円筒状形状を有し、
前記チャネルは、前記熱蓄積材料の前記外面に形成されている
ことを特徴とする電機機械のステータ用の冷却装置。 - 前記冷却管中の冷却流体の循環によって前記熱蓄積要素に蓄積された熱の除去が行われる、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却管は略円筒形状横断面を有する、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却管は、蛇行部を形成するように折り重ねられる、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記チャネルは、前記略環形状の前記ステータの長手方向軸線に略直角である、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記チャネル及び前記冷却管は、前記冷却管が前記チャネルに挿入されて変形した場合、前記冷却管が中空円筒形状の前記ステータの内面と略面一であるように寸法づけられる、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記熱蓄積材料はアルミニウムを含有する、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記熱蓄積要素が前記電気機械の前記ステータに挿入された場合、前記冷却管が前記熱蓄積要素と、前記電気機械の前記ステータの内面との両方と接触する、請求項6に記載の冷却装置。
- 電気機械であって、
略中空の円筒状ステータと、
前記ステータに回転可能に取り付けられたロータと、
請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の冷却装置と、
を備えてなる電気機械。
