Description
図1に、本発明の天然ガス用ガスタービン燃焼器を用いた発電システムの一実施形態を示す。この実施形態のガスタービン発電システムは、天然ガス用ガスタービン燃焼器10と、該天然ガス用ガスタービン燃焼器10から供給される燃焼ガス13で駆動されるタービン12と、天然ガス用ガスタービン燃焼器10に圧縮空気14を供給する空気圧縮機11と、空気圧縮機11並びにタービン12と同軸に配置されている発電機(図示省略)と、起動時に発電機をモータとして駆動するための切替器(図示省略)とを備え、燃焼器10で生成した燃焼ガス13をタービン12に供給して発電機を回し、電力を発生させるようにしている。なお、図示していないが、空気圧縮機11とタービン12との間の連結シャフト16にはクラッチが備えられ、必要に応じて断続できる構造となっている。また、図中の符号15は圧縮前の空気である。

Claims (8)
- ガス燃料を用いるガスタービン燃焼器において、燃焼器に供給する前の前記ガス燃料に前記ガス燃料の温度あるいはそれよりも低い温度で気化する液体燃料を液体のまま注入し、前記ガス燃料の温度で前記液体燃料を気化させるとともに前記ガス燃料と均一に混合する燃料予混合手段を備え、前記燃焼器に供給される圧縮空気によって前記ガス燃料と気化した液体燃料との混合燃料を予混合させてから前記燃焼器内に噴射させる予混合部とを備え、前記燃焼器内で前記予混合気を燃焼させてタービンを駆動する燃焼ガスを生成させるガスタービン燃焼器。
- 前記ガスタービン燃焼器は、タービンの後流に、排ガスの熱を回収し蒸気を発生する排ガスボイラーを備え、その蒸気を用いて蒸気タービンを回すガスタービンコンバインド発電プラントを構成するものである請求項1記載のガスタービン燃焼器。
- 前記ガス燃料は前記燃料予混合手段に達した際には燃焼に適した温度に昇温されているものである請求項1または2記載のガスタービン燃焼器。
- 前記液体燃料がアルコール系燃料である請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のガスタービン燃焼器。
- 前記アルコール系燃料が植物由来のバイオエタノールである請求項4記載のガスタービン燃焼器。
- 前記液体燃料がLPGまたはDMEの液化燃料である請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のガスタービン燃焼器。
- 運転停止時に前記液体燃料の供給系をパージする機構を備える請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のガスタービン燃焼器。
- ガス燃料を用いるガスタービン燃焼器において、負荷運転以上の運転条件で、供給過程で温度が上昇したガス燃料中に前記ガス燃料の温度あるいはそれよりも低い温度で気化する液体燃料を注入して、前記ガス燃料の温度で前記液体燃料を気化させるとともに前記ガス燃料と均一に混合してから予混合部に供給し、圧縮空気と前記混合燃料とを予混合してから燃焼器内へ噴射させて燃焼させ、タービンを駆動する燃焼ガスを生成させることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器の運転方法。
