Claims (11)
- セパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管において、少なくとも、
管体と、
該管体内に設置し、第一回路板及び該第一回路板上に設置した複数の発光ダイオードを設置する発光モジュールと、
該管体内に設置し、少なくとも一第二回路板及び該第二回路板上に設置した駆動回路を設置する駆動モジュールと、
該第一、二回路板の間に設置して第一、二回路板の電気連接を構成する電気連接モジュールを含み、
前記管体は、透光体及びキャリア体を相互に組み立て、且つ該透光体とキャリア体の間には固定裝置を設置し、該キャリア体は設置部及び該設置部下方に設置した放熱台を設置し、該発光モジュールは該設置部上に設置し、また各発光ダイオードの出光面は透光体に向いている、
ことを特徴とするセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。 - 前記管体は、透光の中空管体で、該管体の二端はそれぞれ固定蓋を組み立て、該固定蓋上には穿孔を設置し、接続端子を固定して、それを露出させ、また該接続端子は該第二回路板と電気連接することを特徴とする請求項1記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
- 前記放熱台は凹槽を設置してそこに前記第二回路板を納置し、該第二回路板は該第一回路板下方に設置することを特徴とする請求項1記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
- 前記管体と固定蓋は、その間に更に連接部品を設置し、該連接部品は穿孔を設置してそこに電気連接モジュールを挿入し、且つ該放熱台は複数の間隔排列した放熱片を設置し、また該連接部品は二放熱片の間隔内の凸塊に嵌合して設置することを特徴とする請求項3記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
- 前記電気連接モジュールは、導電端子及び導電孔を設置し、該導電端子は発光モジュール上に設置して該導電孔は該駆動モジュール上に設置するか、もしくは該導電端子は駆動モジュール上に設置して該導電孔は該発光モジュール上に設置することを特徴とする請求項1記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
- 前記駆動モジュールは、二個の第二回路板を設置し、各第二回路板はそれぞれ電気連接モジュールで第一回路板の両側に組み立てるか、もしくは該駆動モジュールは設有一個の第二回路板を設置し、該第二回路板は電気連接モジュールで第一回路板一側に組み立てることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
- 前記ライト管は、更に電気連接部品によって少なくとも一ライト管を結合することを特徴とする請求項6記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
- 前記ライト管は、更に電気連接部品によって少なくとも一発光ユニットを結合し、該発光ユニットは管体及び発光モジュールを設置することを特徴とする請求項6記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
- 前記管体の二端は、連接部品で前記固定蓋と回転可能に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
- 前記第二回路板は、一の前記固定蓋内に設置され、前記接続端子と電気連接されることを特徴とする請求項9記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
- 前記連接部品は、前記管体及び前記固定蓋を構造的に接続し、前記セパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管は、電気連接部品によって他のライト管に電気連接されることを特徴とする請求項9記載のセパレート型発光ダイオードのライト管。
