Claims (6)
- 検体中の標的核酸と該標的核酸に相補的な核酸とを増幅する第1の増幅工程と、前記第1の増幅工程により増幅された所望の核酸を残してそれ以外の物質を除去する精製工程と、前記精製工程後に残った、増幅された前記標的核酸に相補的な核酸に対して、前記標的核酸の増幅を行なう第2の増幅工程とを、複数の検体に対して同時処理するDNA処理方法であって、
ピペットチップを着脱交換可能な、前記複数の検体に対応する数のピペットを有する液体ハンドリング装置を用いて、
前記第1の増幅工程、前記精製工程、および前記第2の増幅工程で使用される複数のウェルが行列配置された反応・保存容器に近接して設けられた増幅部と、複数の前記ピペットチップをそれぞれ置くためのピペットチップ置場と、複数の前記ピペットチップをそれぞれ洗浄するための洗浄部と、を一列に配置し、それらの上部で前記複数のピペットを同時に移動させ、複数の検体を同時に処理するものであり、
複数の前記ピペットチップを、前記第2の増幅工程の前に同時に交換または洗浄することを特徴とするDNA処理方法。 - 前記第2の増幅工程の前を除く工程では、前記ピペットチップを交換せずに使用を続ける、請求項1に記載のDNA処理方法。
- 請求項1に記載のDNA処理方法を含むDNA検査方法。
- 検体中の標的核酸と該標的核酸に相補的な核酸とを増幅する第1の増幅工程と、前記第1の増幅工程により増幅された所望の核酸を残してそれ以外の物質を除去する精製工程と、前記精製工程後に残った、増幅された前記標的核酸に相補的な核酸に対して、前記標的核酸の増幅を行なう第2の増幅工程とを、複数の検体に対して同時処理するDNA処理方法を行なうためのDNA処理装置であって、
ピペットチップを着脱交換可能な、前記複数の検体に対応する数のピペットを有する液体ハンドリング装置と、
一列に配置されている、前記第1の増幅工程、前記精製工程、および前記第2の増幅工程で使用される複数のウェルが行列配置された反応・保存容器に近接して設けられた増幅部と、複数の前記ピペットチップをそれぞれ置くためのピペットチップ置場と、複数の前記ピペットチップをそれぞれ洗浄するための洗浄部と、
を有しており、
前記増幅部、前記ピペットチップ置場、および前記洗浄部は一列に配置されており、
前記増幅部、前記ピペットチップ置場、および前記洗浄部の上部で、前記複数のピペットを同時に移動させ、複数の検体を同時に処理し、
前記複数のピペットチップを同時に、前記第2の増幅工程の前に交換または洗浄するように構成されていることを特徴とするDNA処理装置。 - 前記第2の増幅工程の前を除く工程では、前記ピペットチップを交換せずに使用を続けるように構成されている、請求項4に記載のDNA処理装置。
- 請求項4に記載のDNA処理装置を備えるDNA検査装置。
