Claims (7)
- 架台の表面に互いに8の字状に交差する第1及び第2の一対の環状溝からなる周回軌道溝に、複数のボビンを走行させながら所定径のスリーブを編組せしめる編組スリーブの製造方法において、
前記周回軌道溝は、架台の外周から中心部に向けて平面渦巻状に形成されると共に、同周回軌道溝の両終端でUターンを繰り返しながら複数のボビンを渦巻状に走行させることにより、断面の字状に編組せしめることを特徴とする編組スリーブの製造方法。 - 前記ボビンは、ギア付きキャリーを介して周回軌道溝を走行すると共に、ギア90度の回転で隣り合うギア付きキャリー同士の連結溝が整合してボビンの受け渡しが行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の編組スリーブの製造方法。
- 各ボビンに巻き付けられた線材を集束すべく前記架台の上位に配設された所定寸法の外径を有するガイドの周面に編み上げて断面の字状に編組せしめることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の編組スリーブの製造方法。
- 編組スリーブの断面の字形状を安定させるべくヒーターで加熱することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の編組スリーブの製造方法。
- 架台の表面に互いに8の字状に交差する第1及び第2の一対の環状溝からなる周回軌道溝と、該周回軌道溝に走行自在に配設された複数のボビンとを備えてなる編組スリーブの製造装置において、
前記周回駆動溝は、平面渦巻状に形成されると共に、該渦巻状の周回軌道溝にギア付きキャリーを介して走行可能に取り付けられた複数のボビンと、該ボビンに巻き付けられた線材を集束すべく前記架台の上位に配設された所定寸法の外径を有するガイドとを備え、前記ボビンが前記渦巻状の周回軌道溝を走行することにより、前記ガイドの周面で断面の字状に編組されることを特徴とする編組スリーブの製造装置。 - 前記線材は、線径φ0.1〜0.5mmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ナイロン,ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、金属線の何れか一種若しくは二種以上の組み合わせで編組された複合糸であることを特長とする請求項5に記載の編組スリーブの製造装置。
- 前記ギア付きキャリーは、ギア90度の回転で隣り合うギア付きキャリー同士の連結溝が整合してボビンの受け渡しを行なうことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の編組スリーブの製造装置。
